Please place food waste into the garbage. PROVIDED ITEMS: We provide an initial supply of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. If you have a longer stay you will need to purchase additional supplies. Pool Heater Details: we do offer the guests the option to pay $50/day to heat the pool. We have a 3 day minimum. You must prearrange the heating dates (before arrival.) If the weather is warm and heating is not needed you may cancel at any time prior to the heat being turned on. The pool does take 12-24 hrs to heat to temp and that time is included in the 3 day minimum. If the temperature is extremely low heating may not be an option. It has a very private, spacious full suite on one side of the house that has french doors to the Florida room. This suite has a king size bed, futon bed, walk in closet, and an enormous bathroom with a walk in shower built for 2 with dual showerheads, and a double sink vanity. This bedroom also has a lounge area with its own bar and mini fridge. On the other side of the house is a second spacious suite, also with a king size bed, large closet, and full bathroom with a walk in shower and double sink vanity. This side also has 2 additional bedrooms, both with queen size beds. They share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and also a dual sink vanity.The back of the house has an enormous enclosed Florida room with patio furnature, and a full size ping pong table.Outside the Florida room is the pool to cool off during the warm sunny days!The home has a large driveway with plenty of room for a boat.
