A liability waiver and rules agreement must be signed before use. Pet-Friendly Paradise: Pets are welcome. A $200 pet fee applies for a maximum of two dogs (max weight 50lbs). Dogs must be well-trained, housebroken, crated if left unattended, current on vaccinations, and leashed at all times per Gulf County ordinance and HOA rules. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Community Growth: This new home is in a growing community with ongoing construction. Enjoy landscaped ponds, nature preserves, and miles of deeded beach access. Lifeguards are not on duty at the beach or community pools. While the natural beauty is cherished, local wildlife (black bears, alligators, snakes, etc.) cannot be controlled.
