"There is a bar or some kind of disco near the hotel. We started dancing there in the evening. The music was so loud that my head hurt. I called customer service and they said it would end at 10pm. . . . So there is no way to rest too early. The room we were given had closed windows, with the hotel sign outside. To put it bluntly, it was almost like having no windows. There was no hot water when entering the room, and the staff took a long time to fix it. The sink was broken. . . . There was a big dirty black stain on the sofa. Used the laundry room which was ok. To be honest, I have stayed in many Vienna International hotels, and the decoration of this one is relatively poor, and the environment is not as good as many other hotels. I will not go to this hotel again."

"Facilities: Excellent! Although it's in the mountains, the facilities are comparable to those in the city. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy! The basement level houses the owner's own wine cellar, which is incredibly fragrant and pure! The first floor is the lobby, decorated very warmly with a plush teddy bear and a TV. The owner is friendly, and the hotel doesn't have the rigid formality of city hotels; it feels like being in your own living room. You can even cook in the lobby, and the owner thoughtfully provided fruit and snacks—we were pleasantly surprised. On the second floor, there's a bookshelf along the right wall. Upstairs, there are three rooms and a small balcony with excellent natural light. Our room was on the second floor, and despite being in the mountains, it didn't feel damp. The third and fourth floors both have large balconies, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the view. Service: I've traveled many times for business and leisure, staying in numerous hotels and guesthouses, but this stay was absolutely the best ever! First of all, the overall environment was truly excellent, making me feel very relaxed. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly kind and considerate, paying attention to every detail. She recommended some great places to visit and even gave us complimentary food. It should be called a guesthouse, not a hotel; calling it a hotel would be an insult to this place. The food was delicious, and the portions were shockingly generous! It was incredibly satisfying! There's so much to say, I'm almost speechless. All I want to say is that next time I need a vacation or relaxation, Emei Mountain won't be the only option; there's also Chishui River Mountain Retreat!"

"The hotel was very clean, with complete facilities. Hot water came out quickly; when I went out around 9 AM, hot water was immediately available. The air conditioning worked very well. The parking lot in front was very large and close to the hotel. The windows were large and clean, providing good natural light and offering beautiful views of the mountains and water behind, creating a relaxing vacation atmosphere. It was quiet at night, and the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent. Overall, I recommend it."
