Property's location & service is good, staff is very helpful. Valley view are so good. Food quality very tastefull & delicious.

The place lack maintenance, cleanliness and upkeep. The food is below average. The place cashes on the locality and the tourist rush. The staff was courteous, and that’s was the only saving grace.

There was so cold in the room and the hallway as well. Even in the dining hall, food won’t warm for long.

We have pleasent staff here in Hotel Poshwan Gulmarg the view of the Rooms are breathtaking Food service and the Young Manager here is Quite Calm and Supportive

if you need good heating system then it is good hotel. but mostly they avoid providing food to rooms at evening or morning by giving reasons like chef is not feeling well. but same chef prepare food for night buffet.
