Staff was friendly. However, the room was not clean. The door handle was broken. Flies were at the ceiling of the bathroom. I found also a spider in my bathroom. The bad plug was missing, water was spreading all over the floor due to broken plumbing. The extractor fan of the barbecue at the restaurant seems not to have been cleaned for a long time, oil and other mess are widespread all around the barbecue ceiling. The shower at the pool has no hot water and spreads only cold water.

I love this hotel, ive stayed there 4 times the last being Oct 2024. We are going again in August 2025. The staff are friendly but professional, will help with anything, food is great so much variety there's something for everyone (& they have a kids corner). There are 3 pools, slides & a private beach 3 minute walk from. The gate entrance. The Turkish bath / massage is a must but have it before you get a tan. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing week here at Jasmin Beach! My first abroad holiday in 17 years did not disappoint. The hotel was lovely, clean, spacious and fresh rooms, pool and poolside were clean and organised. The food was delicious, something for everyone! The staff were attentive and helpful and always there to please the guests. Location great too! Would definitely recommend.

I have had several holidays at Jasmin Beach. The hotel is fantastic. Staff work really hard to make your holiday the best. Food is really good. Lots of choice for everyone. Hotel is lovely and clean and rooms are spacious and comfortable. I can't wait to get back there and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets

I have been going to twice a year for years without looking for another place especially in terms of location,it’s most beautiful place in Gumbet Manager Yusuf and his wonderful team are very friendly and smiling and they love their job.The food is great,the treat’s are very good and one of the most beautiful places in the hotel is the Terrace bar restaurant where I spent a lot of my time and I recommend it to everyone with it’s manager Necat and his team.its magnificent atmosphere and food.i look forward to seeing you soon

We ate at the terrace restaurant last week. The food was excellent with exceptional service. The staff could not have been nicer. If you have a chance to visit here we would highly recommend it. This is within the Jasmin beach hotel adjacent to the panoramic swimming pool. Easy access by lift.

Our 1st and onle meal at the Terrace Restaurant. As part of our stay you get a "free" visit to the Terrace Restaurant per week stay. We wont be using our 2nd "free" visit. Drinks not included yet this is an all inclusive hotel? £10.00 for a small can of coke and a small bottle os strawberry cider not branded. Meal starters nachos, no meat,cream or salsa and small bowl of nacos with spinkling of cheese. Garlic musrooms again small bowl, max 4 mushrooms sliced thin in sauce with little flavour. Mains Made us a vegetable madras, no flavour and definitely not a madras. Chicken skews which was one skew, barely warm, cold and very small portion chips n cold ruce. Puddings Chocolate pudding and cheese cake very small portions and bland and flavourless. Lol curry came out on tray to keep it warm, shame they forgot the tea light candle. Atmosphere and views were as good as the food.. Hotel shop sold large bag nachos for same price as home, can coke a quarter of the price charged for in the restaurant and large bittles of drink cheaper thand my cider. Recommend you dont visit, local restaurants better foid and value with beach views for many.
