Stayed for triathlon I stayed here while doing a triathlon--perfect location! It is right by the reservoir! Super convenient. Very clean; very friendly. I wasn't there for breakfast or anything, but the room was huge, remote check-in and out was a breeze!

I will stay there again when in Boulder. A nice, clean, large room. Good breakfast choices. Located in a residential neighborhood about 15 minutes (by car) from downtown Boulder. The only downside in my 3 night stay was that the stopper in the sink was broken and not fixed during my stay.

Our first time staying here. It's a sweet little gem, but could use some upgrades. The beds were comfy. I suggest upgraded towels and bathroom renovations.

Good for the $ Place was large, comfortable, and quiet. There were a few spiderwebs around the windows. Room did not look like the pictures, it was 1/2 carpet 1/2 tile and the carpet looked dirty. Seems like the place is being remodeled or was partially remodeled. Apart from looks, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not great and there was a smell close to the fridge. Coffee was good. Personnel was kind and helpful.

Twin Lakes is a nice place to stay, close to lots of great hiking and a terrific brewery right of the hiking paths of twin lakes. The staff was very nice and the rooms clean and roomy. For the price, you can’t beat it!

Front office staff is a very nice considerate young man. The breakfast was good and well stocked. I also enjoyed being close to the twin lakes to go walking.
