This is truly the worst motel. The location is in a factory zone, in the middle of nowhere with nothing around, and the exterior is the very definition of dilapidated. The interior is full of dust; the window frames are dusty, the screens are torn, nail holes in the walls have been patched up with tissue paper, and the leather on the chairs is completely torn. Furthermore, I requested a quiet room without noise from the floor above when booking, but I was assigned a room with noise! ​​It is the worst motel where I had to endure the sound of tables being dragged and footsteps until 3 AM due to the noise from the floor above. Even though I filed a complaint, there was hardly any response. They just said it was fully booked and that was it. I really want to forget the time I wasted 110,000 won and just endured it sleeplessly. It is a place worse than a cheap motel. Friendly staff? Absolutely not. Go only if you want to taste hell. I have a recording of the noise from the floor above.

I was looking for a budget-friendly hotel near Seonyudo Island and ended up staying here. The parking lot is small, but they directed me to the open space right next to it and in front, so I didn't have to worry about parking. The electric car charger was broken, so I had to use the one right next door. I was a little worried because of the low price, but overall, it was a decent space and comfortable stay for a family of three. Coffee was available in the first-floor lobby. It was a satisfying stay. Considering the price, I'm even more grateful. ^^

어버이날 기념 양가 부모님들 모시고 다녀온 군산여행 숙소인데 시설적인 부분은 가성비 좋다 정도 위치는 새만금 쪽이 가까워서 굿 전체적으로 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다.

優點：地方好找，房間乾淨，前台很熱情。 缺點：附近飯店少點，吃飯不太方便。 附近出差的話還可以，沒有車就不太方便了。

신랑이 군산에서 일하고있어서 놀러갈겸 얼굴도 볼겸해서 2박3일로 가게되어 예약하고 방문했습니다.. 네비찍고가면 찾는데는 수월했습니다..주차도 주차장도있고 부족하면 공터나 주변에 해도되니 괜찮았습니다.. 주인분도 친절하고 좋았습니다..방도 깨끗하고 이불이나 모든게 저는 맘에들었습니다.. 근데 1박하고 11시쯤? 외출하고 돌아왔는데 룸청소가 되어있더라구요..부탁이나 요구하지는 않았는데 청소도 되어있고 비품이나 수건도 채워져있어서 감사하긴했는데..좀당황스러웠어요.체크인할때 미리 예기를해주시거나 물어보셨으면 더좋았을텐데..라는 생각을 했습니다..그외엔 불편함없이 잘쉬고 왔습니다~^^

시설이 많이 낡았어요, 공단에서 가까운 호텔이 만실 이어서 아는 베니키아 예약 했는데 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

호텔 위치가 시내에서 떨어져 있습니다. 그리고 호텔규모에 비해 주차장이 협소해서 외부 주차 필수 입니다. 내부 시설은 가격 대비 오래되었습니다.

위치 찾기 쉽고 주변이 조용함. 깔끔하고 좋아요 주차 공간 넓으며 호텔 앞 편의점도 있음 다만 음식점은 다소 나가서 가야함

고군산군도 가는 길목에 위치하여 편리하고 시설이 깨끗한 편

비응도와 가까운 곳이고 주변이 숙소외 크게 번잡하지 않아 조용한편이나 뷰가 바다가 보이거나 공장이 보임
