We stayed here while we were attending a volleyball tournament in Guntersville. This hotel just opened last month. It was very nice and we liked the location a lot. It was beautiful there on the water. There was a restaurant you could walk to. It’s also very close to downtown Guntersville, which was very quaint. The staff was extremely helpful , accomodating and friendly. The only slightly negative thing was one of the fire pits was not working so we were not able to sit outside like we wanted because it was a little cool. But everything else was great, and I was very pleasantly surprised.

Was very pleased with this hotel. Nikki at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly both while checking us in and during our stay when we would go down for breakfast. While we didn't really use the kitchenette in the room this trip, it would be helpful for families who don't want to eat out ($$$$) every meal or to bring restaurant leftovers back to. The view from our room overlooking the lake was beautiful. The closeness of not one but two restaurants and an ice cream/fudge shop was great. The waterfront area was nice just to walk around a little bit. We were visiting family in Arab and this was just a short 15 minute drive (much MUCH better and worth it not to stay in Arab, did that once, never again). Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great hotel, great location. Customer service was very good! Ladies at breakfast were so helpful and attentive. We would have loved more umbrellas by the pool. It was hot out there! We would have also loved balconies for the rooms, but can’t do much about that now! Maybe more seating by the lake, maybe benches would be nice. Great restaurants and bar within walking distance.

My husband and I went to Lake Guntersville for our 20th wedding anniversary. Starting with check in, Nikki at the front desk was so nice. We got check in with no issues. Our room was clean and smelled nice. One morning we were headed out to check out the lake and 2 of the house keeping staff where in the hallway. My husband told them that we didn't have a do not disturb door hanger, but they did not have to clean our room. Later I went down to the front desk to ask if they had umbrellas for the pool. The same gentleman we spoke to upstairs about the door hanger was filling up the drink refrigerator and he said they did have them upon request due to the winds coming off the lake. His name as Josh. After we went sight-seeing we came back and asked Nikki for the umbrella, she said Josh had left her a note saying guest asked for one and she would send someone out. Their breakfast was warm and tasted good. One of the best cups of coffee. I believe the woman that helped me make my waffle name was Devota? I had no clue how to use the waffle machine. LOL Everyone was so friendly it really did feel like home.
