The staffs were amateurs and had no clue on how to manage customers. I was given a room at first but when went in, I realised the room was not ready. The staff apologised and offered another room, only to realise that’s not ready too. Eventually he took me to another level and a separate room. This time the toilet was smelly possibly because of the toilet exhaust or floor pipe. It was terrible. At last I was offered another room where I could just crash after a long day. Not the kind of a hotel experience I would’ve thought. Won’t be checking in in this hotel anymore.

Cleanliness could have been improved bathroom were slightly dirty and dust on surfaces. Staff were very polite and friendly however quite forgetful on what we ordered with food. Overall good stay could be improved with more attentiveness from staff.

It was a great experience to stay at this property. The staff across the departments is very congenial. Good people to talk on informal topics. Rita, Shrikrishna, Samaresh, Priyanka & Rajiv were very forthcoming in supporting on all the needs. Mr Sunil Jain from Rajoo Engineers was kind enough to enable this fulfilling stay.
