Ramada by Wyndham Gurgaon Central

We booked two rooms with each room have 2 single beds but was provided queen bed instead for both rooms. The mirror is dirty, bathroom’s sink is old and dirty, the whole room is old and need some refurbishment. Poor sound proof as well. Overall the stay is just average, doesn’t match with 4 star brand as an international hotel chain.

Very disheartening. I did book for non smoking room. However, the room at first given #216 was a smoking room. The door of the shower cubicle was making a horrible noise. Upon sharing the concern with Mr. Vivek, i was shifted to #501 where the AC was not just cooling the room. I had to change again and this time i was content with #515. Thrice o had to change the room. This was supposed to be a relaxed visit. However it seemed that i was playing room change.  The team doesn’t know to smile and greet guests. Breakfast options were just not convincing. The chef does not know how to prepare scrambled eggs. I could have shown him if he wasn’t sure. It looked like porridge or khichdi. Kindly find the image above. Considering the amount of issues I’ve had, neither of any managers came to meet me. Very cold hotel and not the very convincing for a Ramada or Wyndham brand. Telephone standards need to be looked into. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Great location. Staff service and responsiveness was excellent. Breakfast was good. Maintenance of room and common areas needs attention.

It is not value for money at all especially if your planning to spend time in the hotel itself The pool is on the top floor and pigeons were swimming in the pool and their feathers were all over the all despite bringing it to the notice of the staff no action was taken and they acted surprised but it was some all three days we stayed there and it is obvious as there was no net to prevent from birds from flying in The tv is old and you can only watch DishTV channels which is a total bummer for someone who wants to enjoy time watching movies for shows from ott Room service and cleanliness is otherwise fine but I would not recommend as it doesn't justify the price
