Terrible service, outdated facilities, and the alarm light above the bed flashed all night, making it impossible to sleep.

Calling late at night, with no sense of boundaries. Couldn't get a good night's rest. Room service was terrible.

If you are visiting Udyog Vihar for official purpose, this is the perfect place to stay. Does justice with the brand name Hyatt. Food and services are great. Has fitness centre and swimming pool. Though fitness centre can improved by adding more equipment. Location is the best facto

Everything is of comfort to make your stay memorable. Hotel is especially useful to those visiting the industrial area for work meetings, etc.

Very good place near to all business center and malls

Amazing hospitality and great service. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

Rooms are clean but a little worn. Bed was firm but ok. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and a little bit dirty from water / humidity from the shower. Water was quite hot and good pressure in shower. Breakfast was good and reasonable amount of choice but not really a any regular salad options. Table service was great and worth the stay alone ! Tv was not setup properly and I could not choose a working CNN channel to catch up on news. Location was a bit awkward to get to, taxi driver had a make a few u turns in rush hour traffic adding abt 30 mins to our already long journey. (LKO to Gurgaon). Still a good standard of service, which is why we chose a Hyatt. (Couple traveling from USA).

Service was awesome very clean rooms, amazing food over the breakfast, and even when small things like the air con not pumping enough cold staff immediately takes action to help out. Specially like the detail when on 2nd day they already knew how I like my coffee
