I stayed with my mom at this hotel. The room was not upto the mark as the window blinds were broken, the aircon was not working properly. Room services was slow. Overall I prefer Taj over Westin.

Long-stay package: I stayed for more than ten days and felt very comfortable. I will come again next time!

The hotel was spacious, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

The experience is not really in line with this price. The facilities are quite old. The air conditioner in the room blows towards the bedside, so it has to be turned off. The noise from the lights is too loud. We changed to an executive floor, which is the only benefit.
