My stay at Westin sona was overwhelming n memorable. Special courtesy regards to Mr Trilok and Atul n Babita from restaurant who made our stay extremely comfortable joyous n unforgettable. Would love to visit the place again with family n friends

Contrary to popular reviews, it was not as expected. The upkeep of rooms , staff outlook & reception staff’s checking out experience was awful . Only the restaurant staff at the Breakfast and Chinese restaurant at dinner was ok . The complimentary tea fir club members was awful. Paper cups , plates, cold tea & unhealthy gluten loaded fried snacks were a slap on the face of Marriot’s hospitality. The room bedside lamp was damaged , the bath area was stinking and representative of house keeping staff’s limited skills or values. Marriot is on its way down if it were to keep going like this . Excellent property but soul- less ! The Gurgoan property on MG Road is worth its money but this is a horrendous outfit. Buckle up or go down. This industry’s nit fir slackers . Club membership have been oversold to anyone & anyone .

We had booked two rooms at The Westin Sonha Resort & Spa to celebrate my mother's birthday and I cannot thank the staff enough for making it such memorable occasion for our party. I had contacted the resort in advance to inform them that my mother had mobility issues and Komal at the front desk very kindly provided us with a complimentary upgrade to two ground-level villas, which was much appreciated. On arrival, my mother was presented with a complimentary birthday cake - which was delicious - and a beautiful selection of confectionery/fresh fruit in her room, which were a lovely touch. ***ish was in charge of housekeeping and the villa was beautifully presented. It was a joy to explore the beautifully landscaped grounds of the resort. A bonus for my mother is the golf cart service offered by the resort, which meant she did not miss out on anything and could easily access all the communal areas. Mohit ferried her across the grounds on numerous occasions in his cart and also offered her a helping hand to reach her chosen venue once she had climbed down from the cart. The food and beverage ***ager, Naveen Tanwar, kept in close contact with me throughout our stay to ensure the service at the various restaurants within the resort met our expectations. He made arrangements for our table to be decorated for the birthday celebration and also provided another complimentary cake following our meal. The breakfast spread is extensive, offering a splendid array of cooked and continental options which was much appreciated by our party. We would really like to thank everyone at The Westin Sonha Resort & Spa for an incredible stay. The service from start to finish was amazing and we look forward to visiting the resort again.

My overall experience of hospitality and staff was overwhelming. The staff was very humble, caring and understood our needs very well. Staff like chirag, babita, Akhilesh and Anirudh enhanced our dining experience. The place is filled with exciting and fun activities for both children and adults. The ambiance is very comforting. Excellent place for a family staycation.

Awesome place for family, peaceful and beautiful. Service is awesome…thanks to whole staff. I am a reqular visitor for weekend gateway but visted after a gap and found lot has been renovated in a very nice way. Special thanks to Chef Gaurav for lovely food and taking care of my daughter food choices.

Visited Westin Sohna with family for a shirt break. The stay at the property is always rejuvenating and relaxing. The hospitality shown by the staff was excellent and made the stay even more worthwhile. Be it the Chef, the wait staff or the housekeeping unit, the care shown was exemplary.

It was a memorable staycation for us at Westin Sohna Thanks to the thoughtfulness of the entire team towards our Little infant especially komal, who clicked really beautiful pictures of our family, I must particularly compliment Chef Gaurav who was soo thoughtful and made Apple Puree for our son, which was totally relished by him Ritesh at the front desk was diligent Chef Rahul at Xiao Cho also made the evening special with his attention towards us And definitely mentioning Aunty ke parathe in the breakfast, fantastic parathas, must haves. Overall a great stay Felt privileged as a member!

The food and beverage service and quality was above and beyond our expectation. I visited with my parents and I loved the ambience, service, food and spa services. It’s such a relaxing getaway from Delhi and one should definitely visit this heaven nestled in beautiful green surroundings away from noise of cities. I would specially like to thank Aditya from food and beverage department for taking such good care of us and providing fab service. That made our overall experience exceptional.

Beautiful property. Excellent service. Very enjoyable stay. We stayed near the helipad, cricket pitch, tennis courts and pets enclosure. Loved the food and wholesome experience. Rooms were great and services from the team were professional, warm and very welcoming. Special mention of Rupesh Goswami who epitomises high quality, warm and friendly service. Would love to come back to Westin Sohna. Hopefully very soon!
