We paid 24k (inclusive of taxes) for 2 nights but the hotel is one of the WORST places if you are travelling with family. The restaurant is not properly equipped. There was a chaos at the breakfast - reason: the hotel is fully booked! Yes ofcourse, but did you not see that when you recieved the bookings and could t you be prepared? I called them at 6 am asking for basic bread butter or milk for my 6 year old, but they just bluntly replied that restaurant will open at 745 am. Yes thanks, first of all not telling us about this while booking or checking in. Second - we are travelling back, we informed that we will be checking out early morning and still, instead of packing something for us (coz we will miss today’s breakfast) I was told that you can give whatever review you want to! Not just this, the 24 k rooms did not have proper intercom, towels and had a non functioning tv. The wardrobe doors didn’t have handles!! Room no 709 that is! We had to call people multiple times to come and help us with stuff. The only good thing was the cleaning lady who cleaned our room really well. This tops my list of Not recommend hotels in India or the world!
