Overall good,the bedsheet look very untidy.The sheet was not white,it was faded.For this reason the room doesn’t look fresh.The food served was cold.They could have heated it before serving. Im really not impressed with the way the bed looked.

My stay was very disappointing and did not justify the exorbitant room rate. The room was extremely small and felt cramped. Every time the WC was flushed, there was a strong sewage smell. The air conditioner had a timer setting with no effective temperature control, making the room uncomfortably hot throughout the night. I was sweating and unable to sleep properly. The housekeeping standards were poor. The bed linen was stained, and the doormats and rugs appeared dirty and looked as though they had not been washed for a long time. Even the supposedly sanitised drinking glasses had ants crawling on them, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, the room was overpriced, poorly maintained, and fell far below the standard expected for the amount charged. I would not recommend this hotel forvthis price

Very good amenities. Near to the temple. Very supportive staff. Especially Mr.Rajeev was so helpful to us regarding suggestions for stays in Kochi and Bangalore. He offered good discount in the tariff. I visit the hotel once again.

Vishnu Inn hotel was not clean, bed bugs and small insects in the bed and very poor service, lifts were out of order and no food was available after 10.30 AM, had a very terrible experience, not going to suggest this hotel to anyone

Location is very convenient, 5 mins walk to the temple. Staffs are polite and nice. Room and bathroom was clean and hygienic. Bed sheet was nice and clean. Towels were white and clean. Had hot water 24/7. Overall nice experience.

This place is not for elder people .My parents hated the stay . bathrooms are very slippery as they have smooth tiles . No railings on steps .Bathroom has automatic closure and very hard to open for elders . I would say not a senior citizen friendly place . Not worth the price . they have restaurants but closed because they have marriages happening

I booked the room for two adults and two children, and you had confirmed that children's accommodation is free and the room has a queen bed, but it didn’t, and the room was too small. The TV was not working — I informed the staff, but they did not respond. The parking space was also very limited
