Utsavam Hotel Apartments

The property is located more than 1. 5km from Guruvayoor temple and it's not easy to walk to the temple specially for elderly people. The room are just sufficiently spacious. Plug points are very limited. Bathroom is neat. The complimentary breakfast that they offer is a big joke - 2 idlis and a thattukada dosa. Coffee is charged😂. The restaurant is very small and stinks and the toilet is filthy. Best to book room without complimentary breakfast. They provide free shuttle service once a day to the temple. I stayed in room 207 on the 11th and 12th night of November 2025. The person at the night shift - Amir Ali, is the worst behaved person. There was no land phone in the room and when calling him on the mobile it was continuously engaged - seemed like he was talking to his lady friend. When I went down to the reception he was still on the phone and didn't bother to look up. When I informed him of the difficulty in calling the reception, he thew his mobile at me for which the night watchman is a witness and he suggested that I lodge my complaint with the management. Wonder if the management will allow such a person like Amir Ali to continue working there with such a behavior with the guests. They claim to have a EV charging facility but it's a slow charger and very inconvenient. Overall a pleasant stay except for the unruly behavior of Amir Ali and the filthy restaurant. Photos attached

The stay was excellent. It was near by to Temple and the ambience was good. It was neat and clean. The only drawback or concern we felt is the complimentary breakfast was not that good, and the quantity was not sufficient. Overall we had a great experience. Overall, my experience was excellent. The hotel's proximity to the temple was convenient, and I appreciated the pleasant ambiance throughout the property. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities was commendable. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the complimentary breakfast. I found that the quality did not meet our expectations, and the quantity provided was insufficient. Despite this minor drawback, I want to emphasize that my overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the hospitality extended during my stay.

Complimentary breakfast, food and kettle were not available. Nearby mentioned restaurant did not have vegetarian options. AC in one room wasn’t working well.

Very bad experience. The rooms are not up to the mark, can’t even lock the door of bathroom and bed room. The hand shower in the bathroom was not working. The receptionist is not ready to hear the complaints as well. The full family is very much disappointed about the stay and the complementary breakfast was also very bad.

We had a really great experience staying there.. Really liked the amenities provided by you. Will visit again if we come to Guruvayoor.

Apartment was spacious, which made the stay reasonably comfortable. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The toilet flush wasn’t working, and when we reached out for , we were just given instructions over the phone instead of someone coming to check it in person—until we insisted. We had a late check-in, but the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, and we had to wait to get the keys. Basic amenities like water were not provided unless we specifically asked for them. Overall, the service was disappointing, and due to these inconveniences, I’m not fully satisfied with the experience. I might only recommend this place to others with caution, depending on their priorities.

I thought it was a single room. but it's actually a 1bhk flat. totally spacious. comes with a kitchen a big hall a balcony and a separate bedroom. totally worth for I paid. staffs were nice room was clean everything was satisfying. also it comes with a mini fridge. thats a bonus. amazing deal. 11/10. also hoping they continue these price ofr future

Pleasant atmosphere and good staff. Even they arranged free drop and pick ups to Guruvayur temple and back to hotel. Rooms are very spacious.

Bad Service. Non Ac Room was very bad . No ventilation. The so called facilities were not provided.The breake fast was also bad. we don't get the so called facilities. No TV, No kettle and Iron table etc.... in both rooms.we told them to gave a remote for TV and a kettle.but don't get it ..... The breake fast also was very bad.The non ac room had no Wentilation ......
