服務質量差，6806房間沒有空調大冬天的叫你們保安上來看，説是空調壞了，半夜一點多回來房間沒有打掃房間牙刷礦泉水都沒有放，回來問你們服務員，然後吵架，不行就退房我們從新訂，外地來的朋友第一次在固原住，天天挨凍，放個小暖風，服務員人一説嘴一犟，現在要求處理結果

房間還行，前台服務員特別差，噁心打印客户的票據，前台登記訊息和別的酒店要求填寫內容不一樣，沒有依據，按金也和別的酒店不一樣。前台服務員惡意抄錄住户身份證訊息，走到樓梯口回去當場發現，還非常理直氣壯！

按照地點優先選的，對於我這高標準衞生過得去吧。乾濕不分離，好在氣候乾燥一會兒就水幹了。房間很大，比較肅靜，不隔音，下水聲大。去博物館挺近，交通比較方便，公交車站近。

酒店的設施還可以，位置也挺不錯的，離固原博物館六七百米，離商業街一公里左右的王者，商業街附近有很多好吃的美味呢。美中不足的就是，我們住的房間是最邊上的一間，有一點陰冷。我看其他有窗的還不錯的。房間整體很寬敞，乾淨，設備還可以，性價比不錯。門口可以免費停車，很不錯

房間與圖片完全不符合，沒有圖片上的大窗。房間悶還有刺激味，當時要求換房，前台説沒房，不給退房也不換房。已經半夜快12點了，開了一天的車，不想折騰。最後加了錢加了錢給換房了。不是説沒房嗎？加錢就有了。從來不評價，這次真的鬱悶。

房間一般吧，不隔音，關上房門，樓道里的聲音太清晰了。房間裏燒水壺的水垢估計從來沒清理過。廁所馬桶蓋子左右晃動，服務枱的工作人員態度非常親切。

房間寬敞乾淨，床鋪整潔舒服，衞生間沐浴設施水流量很大，洗澡超舒服，房間隔音較好。缺點就是有些房間沒有窗子，比較悶。

去嘉峪關路過，在這裏休息了一晚上，交通便利，停車免費，需要提前和前台説一聲，幫忙打開停車場桿，在醫院對面，晚上有一點點小吵，不過不影響我睡覺。
