Guyuan is a great city to visit. Walking around the old streets and experiencing a different style.
This hotel is excellent. The service from the front desk is super and they are really helpful and kind.
The room is big, clean and quiet. I slept really well.

Walking into the Taihe Hotel is like a high-end hotel. The facilities, sanitation, and environment are all up to standard, and the service is also very good, especially the room management department. Buckwheat pillows are delivered soon after calling. 酒店地理位置很好，服務都還過得去，但是房間設備實在太老了或者沒有及時維護。我帶長者小孩到固原旅遊，訂了一間家庭套房和一間行政雙床房。兩間電視機都無法使用，打電話來修理半個多小時 ，勉強能看了，但是卻關不掉了，衹能拔插頭。房間温度太高，空調無法使用，晚上到了24度，服務員説了，中央空調的冷氣沒有開，新風開了一夜 還是23-24度，有圖為證。床頭燈沒有電插座，無法使用，衹能使用頂燈。套房是整個酒店最貴的房間，無語。

經常商務出行住這家酒店，酒店衞生不錯，客房服務員態度很好，就是前台工作人員個別説話就跟在吵架，有問題不解決，業務不熟練的話提前去培訓學習，別拉低了整個酒店品質

酒店離高速口近，周圍有一個大廣場，房間乾淨衞生，競然配的還有一次性座便套，非常貼心。賓館對面有一家馬有川機場羊羔肉，非常有特色，更讓人感動的是，店家會根據你的人數推薦飯菜的量，又能吃飽，又不浪費，下次來固源還會選擇入住。
