The cleaning crew must be gone for the season as there was no cleaning of the rooms or the facilities whatsoever. The view is great but there is no beach with sand and you can only enter the water through a pier in front of the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel, which we discovered upon the recommendation of a friend, for 5 days as a family. We had a wonderful holiday experience with its staff, cleanliness, breakfast and food. Thank you Maia We see you again definitely......

Ae liked the hotel a lot and would come again. Very good space to relax, very modern and nice suite room and kind personnel.
As a possible improvement, I would say the restaurant could be better, often some food trays were empty and the food was not spicy like a usual turkish kitchen. Also we had to call 2-3 times the room service for cleaning since they were late but than they did it immediately and well.
All in all thanks a lot and may be see you soon!

Our stay at Maia was part 2 of our 3 part tour of Turkey. Our flight schedule to Izmir changed dramatically and we were not due to arrive to this hotel until close to 2:30 am. Our Turkey travel agent let them know we would have a super late arrival and a very helpful person was waiting for us when we arrived. Since it is not quite tourist season yet, the hotel had very few guests and this fact coupled with a more isolated area was startling at first. However, the staff was super accommodating and Ibrahim took great care of us at breakfast and the staff efficiently arranged for a taxi that arrived within 1-2 minutes to take us to the Kusadasi boardwalk. Our priority was a spacious and quiet room with a king size bed and Maia fit the bill. The room seemed quite new and was super clean so we were super comfortable. Even though we felt far away from the active center of Kusadasi, taxis were very easy to get and not very expensive by U.S. standards.....about $10-$15 max for a 15 -20 min trip to get to the boardwalk and it was very easy to go to a taxi stand for the return to the hotel. As with our entire experience in Turkey, the nice people/staff really made for a wonderful experience.

Otel ve odalar çok temiz. Her kademeden çalışan arkadaşlarımız ***et güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili. Oda temizliği hergün eksiksiz yapılıyor. Konum ve tasarım harika, fotoğraflarla birebir. Yemek çeşitleri ve mezeler ***et yeterli ve çok lezzetliydi. Gün batımı ve deniz eşliğinde yemeğinizi yiyorsunuz. Çim üstünde keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz alan var mutlaka zaman ayırın. Biz çift olarak gittik, herhangi bir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadık. ***et huzurlu zaman geçirebileceğiniz bir yer, memnuniyetle ayrıldık. Güler yüzlü ve ilgili olan yetkililere ve çalışan arkadaşlarımıza tekrardan çok teşekkür ederiz.

Çok büyük beklentiyle gitmemistik ama çok memnun kaldık, çok kalabalık değildi belki de ondan. Oteldeki bütün personel çok alakalıydı, otel barının fiyatları olabilecek en uygun seviyedeydi. İçeceklerimizi hazırlayan ve 3 gün boyunca ilgi alaka ve saygıyı hiç elden bırakmayan İskender Abimize ayrica teşekkur ederiz. Odalar standart seviyede ve temizdi. Kahvalti ve aksam yemegi cesidi cok olmamakla beraber çok lezzetliydi, evimizde yemek yiyormuş gibi hissettirdi. Deniz kisminda cimenlerin uzerinde sezlongda oturmak ve iskeleden denize girmek ***et keyifli.

Odaların konsepti şık, konforlu, deniz manzaralı.. çimenlerin üzerinde güzel seçkin müziklerle şezlong keyfi.. otelin iskelesinden balıkların arasına dalarak yüzme keyfi..
