Radisson Gwalior

I stayed at Radisson Gwalior for five days in March 2025, and while the hotel itself was a letdown—faulty WiFi, glitchy key cards, and a persistent bathroom stench—two staff members made a real difference. Mamta from the front office genuinely cared about my experience, tirelessly trying to address my concerns with patience and empathy. Meanwhile, Sneha at the restaurant was an absolute gem. Every morning, she prepared hot water with lime and honey for my sore throat, ensuring it was perfect, and her warmth elevated every meal in the fantastic restaurant. Despite the hotel’s shortcomings, Mamta and Sneha’s exceptional service and dedication stood out, making my stay bearable. They deserve all the praise for their efforts!

I recently stayed at Radisson hotel gwalior , and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. It is the oasis of luxury in the heart of We stayed there for 1day only but were impressed by its exceptional customer service and clean and spacious rooms. I will visit here with my friends next year. The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Radisson hotel gwalior exceeded my expectations. My Stay at Radisson of was exceptional. From the greet at the entrance hall to the bell boy and then at reception , the service was amazing. A staff at the main desk, they were so helpful and very customer orientated making sure that my stay was very comfortable. Thank you .The rooms were spotless and the attention to detail was on point. The location for me was good but the preference will be yours. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast team was sharp and always on the move to service the patrons. I will definitely stay here again.

The experience was very delightful. We enjoyed the stay very much. The staf was very welcoming, the service provided by the hotel staff was wonderful. The room was the best part. We did not feel like leaving the room at all. The room was very clean and cosy. All the assets in the room from the bed to the bathroom were flawless. The food was very delicious without a doubt ***** with innumerable varieties. Our family enjoyed the stay and we are looking forward to visit you soon.
