곤지암리조트로 세미나가 있어서 주변 모텔로 방문했습니다.
곤지암리조트와 10분거리라 주변에 '호텔야자 모텔' 사이에서 고민하다가 이용했습니다.
가격이 조금더 저렴해서 이용했는데
시설이 낙후된건 관리를 잘하면 이해할수 있습니다..
하지만 청소가 안된건 진짜 너무합니다.
벽에 장식이며 침대 뒤와 벽과 침대사이며 먼지와 머리카락이 납득하기 어려운 정도로 많이 쌓여있었어요.
주인이 친절한것과 주차장이 넓은것은 장점이지만,
숙박업소로서는 탈락입니다.
리모델링을 하지 않는 이상
시설이 더 나아질순 없어도...청결은 다른 문제입니다.
