The facilities are poor.
Even though it meets the trip.com cancellation/refund criteria, the hotel refused to refund the money.
I understand that all refund decisions are made by trip.com.

I guess I didn't empty the trash can, the cigarette container...
Plastic disposable toothbrushes that are not put away in the bathroom....
I felt anxious as if the bathtub was about to break.....
Anyway, it was a place that needed a lot of improvement.
