Always a favorite of mine. Great breakfast, always clean and the beds are amazing. The kitchen suites are great. Very spacious and comfortable. I'll always recommend this hotel.

The first night, I woke up feeling like I was biting, and I found bedbugs, so I caught them, and when I turned on the light, there were bedbugs on the wall, so I took pictures and videos, and when I went to the counter to complain, they just changed my room.
I met the manager in the morning and he didn't even apologize, so I asked if I was going to check out, and I reported it to the county health department.
The county office called today and said they were going to do an inspection, so I'm waiting for the results tomorrow.
A single apology would have been enough~~
Bad staff.
Bad facilities.
This is truly the worst, worst hotel.

Very poor service, no hot water, no one to repair the sewers, and even though it was confirmed that it was a service dog, the pet fee was deducted from the account without authorization, which would not have been discovered without checking the account.

I went on a trip to Duluth and stayed one night at a hotel in a good location. I think the accommodations and location were impeccable, but the ice maker not working and the staff's customer service were a bit disappointing. Other than that, I think it was okay.

It's pretty good, but I can't find the front desk. I don't answer calls. It's very troublesome. No one answers the phone no matter how many times I call. I'm just a little speechless.

Affordable clean hotel
Nice, affordable hotel. Complimentary breakfast was substantial. No hot water at the wash basin. Loud neighbors up at all hours.

Upon checking in, requested to change to a different room due to strong smell of human urine and because it was a holiday weekend, agreed to switch in the morning when other guests checked out. Second and third night same thing, staff seemed they did not know what I was asking about every time I inquire about a new room switched, until the last night, they finally switched us. I really was disappointed about the way this went, I had to escalate the issue, since this was unacceptable because i booked it via third party? Every one should be treated fairly, it’s still about the service they provide to their customers.
