Best Western Plus Gyeongju Hotel Reviews

I tried to cancel this hotel as I was unable to get there due to distance. Hotel were really unhelpful and would not cancel even when I said I would be happy to not receive a refund. Trip were super supportive.

This is random stay in hotel. They're new modeling looks like clean hotel. Ocean view was great.

World's Friendliest hotel! We were on the 2nd floor and due to room remodeling on the 3rd floor, which was right above our room, they thought it might be too noisy and that maybe some particles could drop onto our floor so, they upgraded our room and moved all personal belongings with care like it was their own and the upgraded room was an excellent. We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely stay here again.

Ok service. Location is remote. No frills. You get what you pay for.

＜Not so good cleaning condition + cleaning staff coming in while there was someone there and opening the door＞ Checked in at 2pm for a 24-hour stay 1) As soon as I entered the assigned room, there was a slight doggy smell? I don't know who secretly brought the dog here, but it was so annoying for the next guests ㅎㅎ I don't hate dogs, but is it true that I have to smell only the traces of the dog without the actual dog? ㅎㅎㅎㅎ First, I called the front desk and asked for a deodorizer or air freshener, and they gave me Febreze... (It said it was a strong deodorizer, but Febreze was really effective) I sprayed Febreze and turned on the air conditioner and ventilated, and the smell went away ㅎㅎ But the problem is that I did this ^^ What are the red liquid drops on the carpet... There was a short hair in the bathtub, but I didn't really care about it 2) The next day, my check-out time was 1:00 and the standard check-out time was 11:00.. I was standing in front of the bathroom after 10:30 after taking a shower in my room, and someone unlocked the door and swung it open. Hehe. If they didn't lock the doorknob with a chain, the door would have been wide open and I would have faced the hallway naked..;; As soon as the cleaning staff saw me, they slammed the door again and I yelled, "What's going on?" Hehe. When I got dressed and came to my senses, I called the front desk and they just apologized for a long time.. When I was checking out, the room manager? apologized and said that if I had time, I could use the pool for free. Hehe. When I said I didn't have time, he gave me his business card and said that I would at least get a free breakfast if I came next time. Hehe. When I complained the first time, they said it was because I was a part-timer, but don't they train part-timers?? Shouldn't they only clean the rooms that have been checked out??? They don't have that kind of system???? I'm not asking for 5 star hotel service lol I normally never leave reviews but I'm really annoyed so I'm posting this.. I went because it was cheap and close to the ocean since it was a brand... It ended in a really bad mood They said they'd treat me better if I came back but I don't know if I'd go back lol

I went to Busan and had some vacation time left, so I suddenly went to Gyeongju. But I won't go to Busan anymore... This place is so so so nice.. I fell in love with Gyeongju and the accommodation. First of all, when I went to the front desk, I was impressed by the free upgrade to the ocean view when I signed up for Best Western membership, and the view was also great. If you apply for breakfast in advance, it's 18,000 won per person. It's just a breakfast buffet. It's delicious. The downside is that the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed.. I think there was a wind visor, but why did it disappear? + There's no internet TV. I went on a business trip to Gyeongju, and while looking for accommodations, I stayed at Best Western Plus Gyeongju. The room condition was good, and the rooftop beer bar and East Sea view were very nice. You can choose between Americano and beer for the welcome drink.. They also gave me a 1+1 coupon for Americano (coffee shop), which was really nice^^ There is Najeong Beach nearby, and they said it was quiet and nice. ㅎㅎ

This is a recommended place if you are looking for a cost-effective hotel near the beach. There's a beach nearby so it's great for playing. There is also a 7-Eleven convenience store and a laundry room. It's great to enjoy the beach in many ways. Breakfast was very disappointing. I felt like it wasn't worth the cost. There is a fee for using the facilities. There are also restaurants and cafes nearby. I recommend it if you just want to sleep, wash, and rest. It's a bit lacking for a hotel vacation.

The accommodation has a really great ocean view ~!!! 🤗 In particular, the sushi restaurant tower right in front is an extra 100,000 points! 2 minutes by car ~ If the weather is nice, it's about 20 minutes on foot! There are many more luxurious and expensive hotel suites, but I don't think there is a room as well-priced and well-equipped as the Suite Terrace Room at Gyeongju Best Western Plus. It has a main bedroom + bathroom with a private bath, a secondary bedroom with two single beds, a living room and bathroom attached to the living room, a terrace, and an outdoor jacuzzi, so I was very satisfied. My mother liked it so much that it was already my second stay, and I think I will come back a few more times within the year. I recommend it for a family outing~

I visited after making a reservation for 3 days and 2 nights including breakfast. The day we went was before it rained, so would we be able to use the hotel swimming pool? I thought a lot about it, but it was nice to play in the water, and since there were no people, I was able to use it widely! The breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed it! The Korean food line is pretty good, so I think it would be a good place to come as a family with parents and children. The room cleanliness was good, but I gave it a 4.0 due to its age. Other than that, it was really comfortable and clean to use :)

This is an oceanfront resort located at the end of Gyeongju. The price is very reasonable, so I would recommend it considering the facilities and location. I was assigned the 3rd floor of Building B, and when I opened the curtains on the terrace, the open view was very nice. It was disappointing that the swimming pool was open until 5pm because it wasn't peak season yet. I am 100% willing to use again next time.

After reserving three rooms for my son and daughter, mother and daughter from Gyeonggi-do, my son, daughter, mother and daughter departed for Cheongju. We met at the hotel barbecue restaurant, and after eating, we unpacked our clothes on a cape similar to a pocha. The next day, after a breakfast buffet, my son, wife, daughter, mother and daughter left for Bulguksa Temple after visiting Seokguram Grotto the day before. I stopped by Seokguram Grotto on the way to Homigot and ate a lot of crabs at a really cheap crab store, so I left late and got home at 4am. It was a very tiring but meaningful trip, and the hotel facilities were clean and friendly. Tourist attractions are not far away, and the hotel was a treat. Thanks to the steady stay, I had a good rest. I hope you make progress.
