There was NO kitchen in the room, only a microwave. It’s far from most of the tourist attractions. But the view from the room was nice

Very nice and cleaned Hotel and staff was so kind.

The ocean view was great and the room was clean. I was disappointed that I couldn't use the pool because there was no water. It was a bit far to go sightseeing or go to the restaurant. I was planning to stay for several nights but ended up staying only one night.

The room was so pretty, the bedding was clean, and the cypress bath was really nice, but one thing that was disappointing was that the ocean view was ocean view, but there was something like an abandoned building right next to the hotel, so the view was a bit disappointing. And the parking lot was a bit small for the size of the hotel, so I had to park on the street near the hotel. But even so, it was so kind, clean, and pretty that I want to visit again.

Ocean view is standard, and the clean and warm room is nice with plenty of towels and water provided. There is also a heated pool in the winter, which the kids love.

1. Cleanliness: The bed, floor, bathroom, etc. were all very clean. I wiped them with the magic block I prepared before playing in the kids' spa bath, and there was nothing left. 2. Location: The reason I gave it 3 points (average) is because it is far from downtown Gyeongju, so it is difficult to access cultural heritage sites in the city, Bomun Complex, etc., so I gave it 3 points. However, since the accommodation is next to the ocean, if your main purpose is to use the beach in the summer, it would be 5 points. 4-1. For a family of 4 (2 preschoolers), the room I chose (1 queen + 1 single) would be enough, but since the standard number of people is 2, I regret paying half of the daily rate as an additional fee... Regardless of the size of the accommodation, most pensions these days have a standard number of people of 2. 4-2. I only had breakfast once during my 2-night stay. I was very satisfied with the simple breakfast without any frills, but personally, the price was a bit burdensome. (It's cheaper than large hotels.) 5. Facilities: It seems to be about 3~4 years old, and there seem to be about 3~4 buildings. Based on the building with the counter and the building I stayed in (the building with the rooftop pool), it was clean and nice overall...ㅎ The rooftop pool is warm water, and there is a screen, so you don't have to worry about the cold. However, you can't see the ocean from the rooftop because of the screenㅠ The shower room and bathroom were separated into different spaces, and the toilet in the bathroom was really uniquely for the disabled;;; (backrest, handle) Maybe because it was a disabled bathroom, it was also quite large. About the size of a disabled bathroom at a department store? On the other hand, the shower room is only for 1 person...ㅎ 6. Overall: If I go to Gyeongju, I would definitely visit again. It was a very cost-effective accommodation. (The East Sea view from the room was great!!!!)

The desk staff is friendly, and the location and transportation are a bit disappointing, but the view and room condition are the best.

The facilities were good, but the worst part was,, The fire alarm rang twice during my one-night stay. Once, it rang for a long time after midnight, so everyone on the same floor got up and got dressed and came out. Once, it was around 10am the next day. You can't ignore the fire alarm, and there might have been a real fire, so my heart was pounding. Please check the alarm.

I don't think you should make a reservation for a ryokan room on the first floor. They are filling the vacancy by deceiving people into thinking that there is a private pool in a room that is not ready to open yet. As you can see in the picture, the pool is not open yet, and since it is on the first floor, you cannot enjoy the ocean view, which is the advantage of this hotel. (When you open the room door, you can see the hideous barbed wire fence.) After checking in, the manager called me and said that the private pool is not available in the room information, but I did not check it, and as if that was not enough, they passed the buck and said that they sold it at a low price because there is no pool, so it is my fault for buying something cheap and expecting too much....I looked through the room information, but there is not a single sentence saying that the pool is not available, and since I paid the same price as other rooms with a good view, I was very disappointed and angry at their response. They said that if I check out, they will refund 100% or provide breakfast service, and they said that this was not necessary, but they did it out of kindness. But on the day of check-in, I could not find another place to stay, so I just had breakfast. I received the service and did not make any more claims... The rooftop pool in Building C is suitable for playing with children, but the smell of the rocks is too strong, and those with sensitive skin may experience dermatitis or itchiness the next day, so it is recommended to bring a skin ointment... Other than that, the facilities and location are not bad for those who are planning to tour Daewangam and Gampo, and the breakfast is also great for the price. However, I think the service and claim processing are still very lacking compared to the facilities, but the price is okay. Since you are not expecting the service of a named hotel anyway, I think it is not a bad choice if you use it when the price is reasonable. Even so, check the condition of the 1st floor ryokan room carefully and make a reservation!
