GGuest UserThe hotel's air conditioning was excellent, keeping the room perfectly cool. The room facilities were quite new, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, handling check-in and invoice processing very quickly. My room came with a minibar and pour-over coffee, which, as a coffee lover, I really appreciated! The housekeeping staff were also very good. The AC worked effectively, the room had no unpleasant odors, and there was always ample hot water. The restaurant was decent and had a terrace, which was convenient for sun-drying clothes.
While it's about 1km from the subway station, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service there, which is very convenient. It's also super easy to get to the airport from here – just book it in advance. Overall, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

For guests who appreciate luxury accommodations, this Rosewood property is an excellent choice. Our stay experience revealed that while its prime location, breathtaking views, avant-garde design, and opulent furnishings are certainly noteworthy, what truly deserves commendation is the hotel's meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to service excellence.
To give a few examples, let's start with the food quality. At Patina Garden restaurant, the breakfast selection might not be vast, but every single dish offered is a masterpiece. Highlights include handmade shrimp dumplings (har gow) and siu mai, generously filled with whole large shrimp; exceptionally sweet pomelos, honey pomelos, mangoes, and jackfruit; and French crêpes and waffles, rich in milky and eggy flavors, perfectly golden and crispy.
Another example of their dedication: after we offered a small suggestion to the restaurant on our first day, the breakfast offerings were promptly adjusted the following morning. This proactive response, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement, truly speaks volumes about the hotel's exceptional efficiency and genuine attentiveness to guest feedback. Furthermore, both the front office and housekeeping teams consistently strive to anticipate and meet guests' needs, tailoring details when cleaning and arranging rooms according to individual preferences.
A special thank you to the hotel management and service team for the exceptional care and hospitality shown to my family and me during our stay. This includes the following staff members whose names I remember, along with many others whose names I regrettably cannot recall: Yuki (Director of Housekeeping), Angelia (Assistant Front Office Manager), Freddie (Duty Manager), Celin (Manager of Patina Garden Restaurant), Minnie (intern), and many more. The Rosewood Guangzhou, absolutely worth revisiting!

All the staff are very helpful and polite, particularly the male receptionist, the cleaning lady Ms Law on the 6th floor and all the staff in the restaurant. There is a variety of Western and Chinese food for breakfast. The room and laundry rooms are clean and well equipped. This is our second time to stay here and we will come back again. The location is close to the GZ metro and convenient for exploring local food and discovering ways of local living.

GGuest UserIt's really close to the metro station. The hotel is gigantic, which is a bad thing. It takes a long time to get to the reception or the pool. There was a construction site right outside my window, and at 11:30 p.m., the excavator workers started blowing their whistles. I had to go to the reception to ask for a different room. The staff gave me a different room. The breakfast food was delicious, and there was a good selection. However, I probably won't stay here again.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at the Mehood Lestie Hotel, Guangzhou East Railway Station branch, and it was a great experience. First off, the location is incredibly convenient: it's just a few minutes' walk across the road to the high-speed rail station. Despite being so close to Guangzhou East Station, the soundproofing is surprisingly effective, offering a quiet oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. Guangzhou East Metro Station is also super accessible; just turn right out of the hotel and walk for a few minutes. It connects to both Line 1 and Line 3, making travel around the city a breeze. The area around the hotel also offers plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The closest mall, Oriental Baotai Shopping Plaza, features a wide array of shops and restaurants, and there's a large Aeon supermarket conveniently located on the B1 level. Breakfast provides a rich variety, including many local Guangdong specialties. Guests can also DIY sandwiches and enjoy refreshing Western pastries and salads. What's more, the hotel boasts service robots that can deliver takeout directly to your room – just provide your room number! This is incredibly convenient, perfect for anyone who prefers not to leave their room to pick up food.

--Tik-During my visit to Guangzhou, I chose the Kyriad Hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. After checking out, I accidentally left a piece of clothing in my room, and the front desk staff even helped me mail it back. The room was spacious with a fantastic view, and I particularly loved its design. The gym was also excellent, well-equipped with a variety of machines, making it easy to stick to my fitness routine even while traveling.

SSutthida Ph.Location: This hotel boasts an excellent location, practically right next to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient; you just need to exit the station and walk past one building to reach the hotel. However, if you have large luggage, be aware that the exit closest to the hotel has about five stairs, so you may need to carry your bags yourself.
Reception Staff: The staff provides outstanding service. They are friendly, cheerful, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Xiao Lin and No.08 for their exceptional service.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is top-notch. The hallways have a pleasant jasmine scent, which feels fresh and clean. Rooms are cleaned daily, and four bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided. You can request more if needed.
Amenities: The water pressure in the shower is decent but not particularly strong. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a hairdryer and a refrigerator (which may not be very cold). The hotel also offers free laundry and drying services. The lobby, located on the 6th floor, has complimentary items for guests, including hair ties, heat pads, cotton swabs, and makeup remover wipes. Additionally, luggage storage is available.
Breakfast: The breakfast offers a decent selection, including fried eggs, rice porridge, and bread. In the evening, instant noodles and rice porridge are also served.
Surrounding Area: The hotel is situated in an area filled with numerous shopping malls, such as Tee Mall, Parc Central, Grandview, and VT 101. Notably, Tee Mall features popular stores like Holiland and Aeon, while Parc Central hosts Hey Tea and Ahma Handmade.
Cons : The water pressure was not very strong. Additionally, the sound of the water pipes could be heard clearly whenever the neighboring room used water, which could be disruptive at night.
