Nicely decorated, newly painted, new floors, many new things. It is in a Quiet area not Beautiful 5 level Townhouse Balcony on most floors. 2 blocks to beach and 1 block to Ortley. Quiet area.a 2-car garage, plus one permit for on street parking. Anywhere on the street except on Ocean Avenue or in a paid parking lot 6 seasonal beach badges, and 1 seasonal senior badge.We include sheets, towels and comforters, to make it feel more "special". After each time of departure, Housekeeper disinfects the entire unit and bedding thoroughly. There will be 3 adult bicycles that can be used while staying during your time.There are six fairly new beach chairs.There will be a large igloo on wheels cooler. there are also miscellaneous items in the garage which can be utilized for the renters.There will be a roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom for your convenience. Paper goods are to be supplied by renter as well as trash bags, dish washer detergent and laundry detergents.Everything must be accounted for after departure or a claim will have to be opened to compensate.Upon departure, please make sure that the dishwasher is empty and does not contain dirty items. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars & stores. Ideal location to enjoy all Seaside has to offer and come back to a peaceful and quiet home.The apartment has central AC, WiFi, Samsung TV cable channels, a very large and comfy couch and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher , ice maker, all cookware, glasses, etc.All of the beds are memory foam with cotton sheets and duvet covers. Towels are provided but you will need to bring your own for the beach.4 Beach badges are included (children under 12 are free) and toys are available to use and return. There is also storage for your beach chairs in the backyard and an outside shower to rinse off your feet and gear.The apartment comes with 1 parking spot on the driveway and has direct access to the patio where you will have your own grill and seating area and the backyard, which is shared. The bay is only a 5 minute walk where you can rent kayaks, enjoy the beautiful sunsets or get a bite to eat.The playground, outdoor gym and basketball and tennis courts are a 1-2 blocks away. **If you are traveling with a larger group you can rent both apartments in the house (if available) for a total of 4 bedrooms.
