LLulumcNice and quiet hotel. Spacious, clean and updated room. Friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast. Really good coffee which is available all day for free. Bonus you can sign in to your own Netflix. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at the reception were nice but we had few other issues during this stay.
The room had smoke smell.
The shower door doesnât close well and when someone takes a shower the water leaks out to the room floor.
We came back one day and the housekeeping didnât clean our room and when we asked for it to be cleaned they said the house keepers leave at 5 so itâs not possible to do so!
And the last thing they have no safe box.

SShenqilaodieThe hotel is very quiet, the breakfast is pure Western style, many are cold, including milk and boiled eggs, which do not match my living habits. However, the service staff helped me heat the milk and chatted with us, very nice.
When I entered the store, I asked for our credit card. It was said that it was a miscellaneous fee. I brushed 100 Canadian dollars. I thought it was a check-in deposit, but it was not returned to us when I checked out. We walked in a hurry and forgot to ask what the fee was. If the hotel sees it, please reply to me.

RRouziwaThe location is unique, between the street park and Lake Ontario. Sitting in the hotel room, you can see the lake view outside the window. There is a commercial street at the door. I bought dinner and took it back to the hotel to sit on the sofa by the window and enjoy the beautiful scenery. When I checked out, the front desk lady was very nice and personally took me to the parking lot outside the hotel and taught me how to use the free parking card. The hotel's free breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very goodđ

YYUMEIThe geographical location is in the industrial area, relatively biased, there is no commercial dining around. The hotel has a wide range of facilities, good sanitation and spacious rooms, especially suitable for families and breakfast. But I don't know why, I encountered a strange thing. At 7:40 in the morning, I was still asleep, I was awakened by the violent knocking of the door. I knocked on the door for more than a minute. My mother didn't dare to open the door because of language barrier. Waiting for me to open the door and ask, the result is a cleaning person, she said nothing, just look at the room? ? ? ? At that time, I still didn't wake up. When I went out, I saw her again. I specifically asked if there was anything. She still said this, I was a little angry, and there is such a service! When I checked out at the front desk of the hotel, I reported the situation to the front desk. As a result, the young male waiter at the front desk did not answer the phone. After saying it several times, I was very vaguely saying sorry! Because of this, my stay experience is very bad, and now itâs still somehow

GGuest UserThis was a very clean, neat and tidy hotel . It was in the prefect location for us as it was situated approx 10mins from first arena and less than five for the second complex. It is central in Georgetown and all kinds of shopping and restaurants around it .
