I've stayed at other JHotel locations in different cities before and always had a good experience. The decor is simple and clean, making it perfect for business travelers. This time, I was in Lanzhou for a business trip and chose JHotel again. It was as quiet and comfortable as ever. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Amazing hotel with clean rooms and excellent service. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. FREE laundry service, airport shuttle and supper. The most impressive part is their library with a great selection of Chinese books. The books can be return at any other Atour hotels around the country. Such a great concept!

There are also many places to eat near the hotel, you can ask the front desk for recommendations, and they provide free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which need to be booked in advance with the front desk. The hotel is not far from the airport, it only takes 15 minutes to drive there. It is really good to be able to book a really cheap and high-quality room near the airport, and the cost performance is super high. The window of the large bed we booked is a bit small, and the front desk upgraded us to a standard room with floor-to-ceiling windows, thank you very much

I arrived rather late but the check in process was simple enough and then the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel especially if you want to be near the airport and are only staying one night like I was. The front desk was incredibly helpful and even helped me get a morning shuttle to the airport without having to be asked. Overall incredibly pleasant experience, no complaints.

I had a layover in Lanzhou on my way back, arriving around 9 PM. Since my flight the next day was at 7 AM, I quickly looked for a hotel close to the airport. Among the options on the platform, this one immediately caught my eye, and it turns out I made the right choice. Reason one: The shuttle service was super convenient! The hotel uses a spacious seven-seater business van with a large trunk. The driver contacted us shortly after we arrived at the airport and picked us up. The next morning, at 5 AM sharp, he dropped us off at the airport as well. This service definitely deserves praise! Reason two: The hotel's environment and facilities are well worth the price; I think it offers great value for money. I booked a room without breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Reason three: The front desk service was good and quite patient. Summary: I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who need to catch a flight and want to stay close to the airport.
