First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the well-thought-out layout of the room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.

CcookiejiThe room was great, directly facing the hotel pool with a fantastic view of the golf course. But the real highlight was the incredible array of family activities! It was perfect for a parent like me with two little ones. I could happily send the kids off to the Squirrel Club – it's amazing and offers flexible options to suit your budget. Hotel guests get to participate in a wide variety of activities all day long for free. If you want some grown-up time, you can even opt for one-on-one childcare, ensuring the kids have a blast while the adults get some much-needed rest. A special shout-out to all the teachers at the Squirrel Club: Teacher Grape was so patient, and there's also Ocean, Candy, Lovely Teacher, and a male teacher whose name I don't know but who was incredibly patient. During the bonfire party, despite the dim lighting, he was still diligently reading picture books to the kids – so dedicated! He also did all sorts of funny things to make the children laugh. The emotional value was off the charts! Four and a half out of these five stars are definitely for the Squirrel Club!
Volcano Hot Spring Valley (2 adults, 2 children under 1.3m): There were so many pools, and the kids had an absolute blast, burning off all their energy during the day and falling asleep early at night.

PPsE.7My stay at Sofitel Haikou was absolutely fantastic! The front desk service really won me over. Check-in was efficient and seamless, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They thoughtfully explained all the hotel facilities and even gave us tips on local attractions, showing that French attentiveness in every detail. We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location is also superb, right in the heart of the Binhai Avenue CBD. It's within walking distance of shopping malls like MixC, and getting to Haikou Bay and Qilou Old Street is super convenient. It made getting around and shopping a breeze. The biggest surprise was definitely the Lanvin toiletries in the room. The sophisticated scent was amazing, and they felt so nourishing and luxurious. Even a simple shower felt like a high-end spa experience, truly embodying French elegance! Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou.

Don’t let the older exterior fool you — the inside of the hotel is surprisingly modern, comfortable, and well maintained.
We booked the family-friendly kids’ room, which was absolutely adorable and came with an extra bed for our 6-year-old. The room was very spacious and even included a separate play/mahjong area, complete with a cute little tent that our child loved.
The room itself was very clean, and the city view from the windows was beautiful, especially at night. We took a video tour of the room, so some of the screenshots may appear slightly blurry.
The hotel also has a small kids’ playroom on the first floor, which is really cute and a great bonus for families.
The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, especially the front desk team and Xiao Liang. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were very helpful. On our last night, I needed to use the laundry room but had trouble figuring out the machine settings. Even though it was late, a staff member came upstairs very quickly and patiently showed me how to use the washing machine — excellent service.
The location is another big plus. People’s Park is right next to the hotel, and we enjoyed walking there every morning to see locals exercising and socializing. There are also many malls and shopping centers nearby, all within walking distance, making it easy and fun to explore and window shop.
We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Haikou.

千万不要被酒店外观略显陈旧的建筑迷惑，酒店内部其实非常新、舒适，而且维护得很好。
我们预订的是亲子家庭房，房间非常可爱，还为我们 6 岁的孩子准备了加床。房间空间很大，另外还有一个独立的娱乐/麻将区域，里面有一个小帐篷，孩子特别喜欢。
房间整体非常干净，从窗户可以看到城市景观，尤其是晚上，夜景非常漂亮。我们拍了房间的视频介绍，所以截图可能会稍微有点模糊。
酒店一楼还有一个小型儿童游乐区，布置得很可爱，对带孩子的家庭来说是一个很贴心的加分项。
酒店的工作人员都非常友好、响应迅速，尤其是前台的几位小姐姐和工作人员小梁。他们耐心、详细地解答了我所有的问题，服务非常周到。我们入住的最后一晚需要使用洗衣房，但我不太会操作洗衣机。虽然已经很晚了，工作人员还是很快上楼，亲自教我如何使用洗衣机，服务真的非常贴心。
地理位置也非常棒。酒店旁边就是人民公园，我们每天早上都会去公园散步，看当地人锻炼身体、休闲聊天，氛围非常有生活气息。周边还有很多商场和购物中心，步行就能到，非常适合逛街和随意探索。
下次再来海口，我们一定还会选择住在这里。

MM306437****I booked the Mishu Hotel through Ctrip. It's super close to Haikou East Station, which was really convenient. The hotel facilities are great, well-arranged, and the room was very spacious, clean, and even had smart controls. For just over a hundred yuan, it's excellent value for money and very economical. The staff were all smiles, and my stay was very pleasant. The only downside was that the elevator wasn't installed yet, which was a bit of a struggle for us older folks.

However, there was a male staff member outdoors who seemed quite distracted while directing cars, causing my car to be unable to enter the garage for two consecutive days.

You can even switch rooms if you're not satisfied; the hygiene is impeccable, with clean and tidy rooms that put you in a good mood. The natural hot spring in the room offers the ultimate private bath experience; the hotel's scenery is also stunningly beautiful, with every corner being a great spot for photos! 📸🌿
🚗Transportation is incredibly convenient, making it easy to reach both the city center and surrounding attractions. This trip to Haikou was made even more perfect with the Xinyuan Hot Spring Hotel! 🌟
This is my second stay at this hotel, and I believe I won't be disappointed next time either!

During the day, there's no need to leave the hotel; the winding garden paths and hammocks provide the perfect relaxation. In the afternoon, you can soak in the hot spring pool facing the sea, letting your body and mind completely unwind.
