This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's very smart, with most in-room facilities controlled by an AI assistant. Food deliveries are handled by a Ninebot robot, and there's complimentary afternoon tea daily on the M1 floor. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. My room was spotless and cleaned promptly. Upon arrival, I received a welcome fruit platter, and a local specialty gift was given when I checked out. There's free parking right outside and across the street, which is convenient if you're driving.

Guest UserWhen I was booking a hotel in Hailar before, I deliberated for a long time, thinking 'you get what you pay for,' and ultimately chose this more expensive one. The day before check-in, someone proactively called to ask if I needed airport transfer. They also added me on WeChat and sent hotel information, as well as nearby food recommendations and attractions, all of which were very useful. Although we couldn't get an upgrade upon check-in due to high occupancy, they offered us complimentary breakfast and an extra bed free of charge. They even gave a small gift to my child ~ This was truly the best hotel of our trip! Well deserved!
The hotel location is excellent. Just across the bridge, there are many restaurants and plenty of shopping. Ordering takeout is also super convenient as a robot delivers it right to your door. In the room, there were welcome fruits and snacks, free drinks in the mini-fridge, and even a handwritten card, not just with text but also drawings! Breakfast offered Inner Mongolian specialties like 'guochai' (pot tea), roasted lamb leg, beef buns, etc. I thought afternoon tea would be a pre-portioned pastry per person, but it turned out to be a self-service buffet of snacks and drinks. In the evening, there were two complimentary cocktails, but since no one in our group drinks, we didn't try them. The hotel laundry room had four washing machines and four dryers, and besides detergent and laundry bags, they even provided 'explosion salt' (a type of laundry booster). The room had a fully smart system; you could control the lights and curtains with just a voice command ~ After staying in various 'hard-to-describe' guesthouses throughout our trip, this hotel as our last stop in Inner Mongolia felt absolutely heavenly ~ Finally, the hotel arranged a dedicated shuttle to take our family to the airport. I specifically came to write this thank you ~ I'm not a shill, I genuinely thank you all! Thank you all for your help ~

WeilaitiyanguanI was very satisfied with this stay. I wanted to stay for another day, but the room was full, which was a pity. The hotel design is very good. There is background jazz music in the room, which is very atmospheric. There is a square outside the window, which is very exquisite. The sanitation is very clean, which is very important. The boss is also very enthusiastic, and there are two cats and a dog, who will follow the guests to take the elevator, haha.

Guest UserManzhouli Youyi Hotel is a long-standing four-star hotel with an excellent location, right next to Manzhouli Railway Station. You can see it from the station, and it's a short walk after exiting to the right and crossing the railway bridge. Located on Yidao Street, it's very convenient to Zhongsu Golden Street and Beihu Park, yet without any noise disturbance. The hotel's interior environment is great, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The front desk staff and the few staff in the lobby were all enthusiastic and responsible, working together seamlessly. We arrived early, and they proactively helped us check in and even upgraded our room, providing the most attentive service. When we checked out, they gave us a lovely souvenir. The stay was very pleasant, making it an ideal choice for accommodation in Manzhouli!

Guest UserThe amenities at Jiangsu Jiuhong (likely a hotel name, keeping original pinyin for specific brand if applicable, otherwise 'Jiangsu Jiuhong Hotel') were a pleasant surprise! It has its own small amusement park, so there's no need to worry when traveling with kids. The play facilities are clean and safe, allowing children to play freely and giving parents a break. The rooms are quiet and tidy, and it's very close to the city center for sightseeing. The front desk service was thoughtful, catering to both adult travel and children's entertainment. It's truly a top choice for family trips, offering an overall warm and comfortable experience with excellent value for money.

This is my second time here. The environment is great, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff are super enthusiastic, and even the cleaning aunties greet you warmly when you see them. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hailar!

MianchaodahaishuxingxingIn Hailar, we chose the Qianyi Hotel for a simple reason – it was ranked number one among budget hotels on Trip.com. However, our actual stay was somewhat disappointing.
Let's start with the positives. Firstly, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Secondly, the hotel boasts a standard swimming pool, which is quite rare for hotels in this category. Be aware though, the pool is only available for use on the day of check-in. We arrived at 7 PM, leaving us with only an hour to use it, which felt a bit rushed. The hotel's location is also excellent; our room faced the ancient city gate, offering an open view, and we could even glimpse the night market in the distance, creating a nice ambiance.
However, the drawbacks were equally apparent. First, the soundproofing was terrible. The gap under the room door was large, so we could clearly hear people walking or talking in the corridor. Second, we stayed in a room with two large beds, but the air conditioning was only installed in one section, leaving the other without any airflow, which led to uneven temperatures at night. The bathroom design was also poorly thought out; you had to pass through the shower area to get to the toilet. After showering, the floor was completely wet, with no proper separation of wet and dry areas, making it very inconvenient to use.
Furthermore, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of service attitude.
Overall, this hotel has its highlights, but there are still many details and aspects of the experience that need significant improvement.

Guest UserMolly and Maria were just outstanding with their service at Shang Palace restaurant. The food was exquisite and tasty. The Peking duck was out of this world.
Lucky at front desk was amazing too and did a smooth check in.
The lounge was terrible where we had afternoon tea! Poor quality set and tasted quite stale and old. Luckily this was complimentary with the room otherwise I would have been extra disappointed. Even the welcome snacks in the room were stale. Quite surprised by the low standards of Shangri-La.
Came to use the sauna and steam and would u believe they ran out of big towels and only had small ones. Also no cold water to drink. Someone should up the standards of this hotel in this regard.
Room was nice and well spaced for our family of 4. Breakfast was decent too.

This is a comfortable and convenient stay. The rooms are modern and clean and well-equipped. The sheets were clean and rest was comfortable. It is located at the pedestrian walk area—putting shopping, dining at your doorstep. Russian items were readily available nearby in the shopping area. The breakfast buffet had a good variety but mainly Chinese. Coffee was not available either.

I stayed for another 3 days. This is the hotel I was most satisfied with during my trip to Inner Mongolia. The waitress was very kind and the front desk lady was also very nice. They were all better than I expected.
