1. The environment is pleasant, the décor feels new, and the rooms are quite spacious.
2. The elevators are equipped with access control and do not display floor numbers, which provides a sense of privacy.
3. The location is convenient, with both a metro station and bus stops nearby.
4. The front desk service is excellent—staff are proactive and patient.
💡That said, there are a few details I hope the hotel can improve:
1. One of the elevators does not require access control and allows entry to any floor.
2. Housekeeping is generally good, but sometimes snacks are not replenished (I must admit I really enjoy the snacks). I also found hair in the bathtub that wasn’t mine, and upon check-in, I noticed dirt on the outside of a glass (which looked like oral residue).
3. Breakfast offers four set menus, which are quite refined, but a self-service option might be even better.
4. Rooms with balconies have noticeably poorer sound insulation compared to those without, and I could hear traffic noise more clearly.
🧳Overall, my journey was very smooth, and staying at this hotel made my time in Taiwan even more enjoyable.

Outstanding
張張毛毛Let me start with the advantages. Guests can use the underground parking lot for free. The double room is large, the bed is very comfortable, there are many TV channels, and there are welcome snacks.
The downside is that the air conditioning in the room had problems when we checked in. It was very cold, and the service staff couldn't handle it. They pushed the electric heater over, but it didn't work very well. And because we had children living with us, we were afraid they might get burned, so we returned it after using it once. We reported the situation to the service staff again and asked to change rooms. The service staff agreed to change rooms, but actually said that it might still be just as cold. I personally think that this way of expression is not appropriate, so we asked that the air conditioning in the changed room must be normal. Finally, after the service staff accompanied us to confirm that there was no problem with the changed room, we changed rooms. Everything returned to normal and we could relax and rest.

Many convenience store nearby 7/11 and family mart
Afternoon snacks and drink and evening porridge
Room is spacious and clean
Water available on every floor
For a small fee of 10ntd for charity you can buy detergent
But really what i love was how the staff was really nice, i was there for celebrating my mom birthday. This trip was her gift and they even gave some snack and dessert in our room.
So very good memory and we will definitely come back in this hotel if i am in taipei again !

SsorloMy family and I stayed at the Yun Estate Hotel this past December, and we had a truly lovely time. Nestled in a quiet area, the hotel offers the perfect sense of serenity and escape from the usual hustle and bustle.
The absolute highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the accommodation. The room was incredibly spacious, but the game-changer was the private in-room hot spring. It provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all of us, and the kids absolutely loved splashing around in the warm water.
We opted to have breakfast delivered to our room, which was a convenient and nice touch in theory. The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful but it looked way better than it tasted, unfortunately. While the meal wasn't bad, the flavor didn't quite match the high standard of the presentation.
For the little ones, the hotel is a dream. There is a playroom where they can watch movies, as well as a mini race track where they can drive electric cars. To top it off, the unlimited supply of drinks and snacks was a huge hit with them, making the stay feel extra special.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to returning in the near future. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing retreat.

LLen VOur stay at Tryp by Wyndham New Taipei Linkou, offers a comfortable stay with nice rooms and decent breakfast, but improvements in staffing, amenities, and luggage storage would make the experience much better. It has potential to be a great hotel if these details are addressed.The hotel itself is nice and provides a comfortable environment for guests.
Unfortunately, there was no designated safe place for luggage, which can be inconvenient for travelers who arrive early or depart late.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. However, the daily refreshments that were stated were not provided.
The breakfast was good in terms of taste and quality, but the quantity and variety felt limited compared to expectations.
One of the best features is its convenient location near the MRT station. For first-time visitors to New Taipei, this makes getting around the city much easier and stress-free.

PPotato__moonInitially, there was a slight hiccup with check-in because the reference number wasn't working, so the front desk staff had to help me out in the end.
Overall, the room was really comfortable. Maybe because I booked early, they were able to meet all my requests. I really have to praise the air conditioning – it was super cold! And the hot water system was good too; there was plenty of hot water for showers.
Since it's a three-star hotel, we didn't expect too much, but the cleaning staff did a pretty good job, and most importantly, nothing went missing.
As for the facilities, although I didn't use them much, I did take a look. They do have a gym, but it seemed like one of the treadmills wasn't working. The space isn't huge, but it's enough to get a workout in. They also have a public area where you can sit and eat.
Regarding service, the front desk staff were generally polite, but sometimes they weren't around. I tried calling the front desk from my room once, and no one answered.
Honestly, for this price, being able to rent this hotel is already great. However, it's not in the city center, so it does take a bit more time to get to downtown or other places.

馬馬瑞安Upon check in there are too many staff during our check in in front desk but no one dare to ask for assistance unless you are the one will initiate it, i have been in different hotels before but this kind of service in the front desk is common i just don’t want to address it’s too obvious, they need more training maybe., one guy is very well in speaking in english is the one can show up hospitality the other is i don’t know, the room is narrow but we still find way to make ourselves comfortable since we will be staying for just a night enough to rest. The breakfast is good the staff is very good we understand the language is a little bit complicated but we appreciated the effort to communicate we love them for that they are much more good having interaction with their guest unlike in front desk. The sauna is out of order during our stay so we didn’t feel it’s kinda value for money since most of the facilities is out of service.

GGuest UserThe location of New Taipei Hot Spring Hotel is pretty good. It is not far from either the Yellow (Circular) or the Green light train lines, those lines basically can take you to any major attractions in the city quickly and conveniently. The hotel is also close to the Mingquan road, that has many convenient stores (7-Eleven and Family marts) and restaurants. The area is very safe to walk in the night. The furniture in the hotel room is a bit old; the room that we stayed was Japanese style and was big; every thing is basic, good for people who don't have high expectations while staying in the room. The staff are friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions with details and they always smile. The breakfast is a little disappointing, not much options; but it is free. Would like to come back again in the future if stay in this area.
