GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. In particular, Celia Jin at the front desk made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. A polite gentleman from the concierge, wearing glasses, was very welcoming. He accompanied us to our room and introduced all the hotel facilities along the way, which was very professional. The breakfast was bountiful, and the garden design is exquisite and elegant! It's perfect for a vacation. Since it's a new hotel, some areas have elevation changes that require warning signs, as shown in picture three. Also, the entrance from the underground parking to the hotel lobby also has an elevation change without warning signs, which needs improvement! Additionally, a glass panel in the underground passage to the swimming pool is broken and needs to be replaced as soon as possible, with proper protection put in place.

The local restaurant in Shengangcheng Food Street recommended by the lobby manager is also very good, and the seafood is fresh. In addition, the hotel room facilities are very good. I like the bedding very much. The mattress and pillow are soft and comfortable. There is also a bathtub in the room. It is really nice to take a bath after work. The most worth mentioning is the hotel's breakfast, which has many styles and tastes good. In general, this hotel has a very high cost performance and good service. I will come again in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe room we stayed in was 8311. The location was good, the room was relatively large, there was a sofa, the window was open and could not be closed, there were many cars outside at night and it was a bit noisy, but the air circulation in the room was good.
There was a smell in the bathroom of the room, the smell of the sewer was stinky, and then the aunt came to clean it the next day. When I came back from playing on the beach at night (it was half an hour away from Golden Beach), I smelled the bathroom and there was no smell, but! As soon as the shower was turned on and the ventilation inside was turned on, there was a smell again, woo woo woo, it was really the smell of the sewer. Later, I asked the front desk and they said that the ventilation could not be turned off, and it was troublesome to change the room. I brought a disposable bed cover, and I was afraid of trouble, so I endured it for a while and did not change it.
But I really recommend asking the engineer to take a look at the exhaust and bathroom sewer of this room. The smell is really strong😂😂

GGuest UserThis is a homestay that exceeded my expectations. Our classmates had three weekend gatherings, all of which were good experiences.
The boss and the proprietress are Shanghainese, and they operate this self-retentioned place with their heart!
The boss used to study in Germany, and in Germany, both Chinese and Western food have dabbled. Here we booked a dinner, not the direction of the farmhouse, but a more exquisite blend of Chinese food taste! For example, beef stew radish stew, the taste is relatively Cantonese but there is also a balance of Shanghai's exquisite taste. According to the boss's outlook, next time you should go to his house to try German sausage and sauerkraut pork elbow. Seeing that he is confident, he is more expected! Meet next time his family officially prepares a meal, come to experience the food!
His house has a swimming pool, billiard room, table tennis, mahjong room (there are two tables, it is recommended that the two seats are better to separate the two rooms, do not interfere with each other), and there is a k song room (the sound and core are general, eat and drink enough to sing and sing).
The clean and detailed design of the room is full of care. It is said that next year, on the glass roof of the existing first floor, a large aquarium will be built on it. Drinking coffee beer below, you can see the fish swimming on the top. It should be full of enjoyment!
It is about 20 kilometers away from the sunrise beach. It needs to start at 4 in the morning and can take a beautiful sunrise. The place to catch the sea is not recommended in the blue sea and silver sand in Evergrande Venice. There are a lot of people here. The water smells and is limited. You can come out of the wild beach to catch the sea!

**Highlights to Praise**
1. **Two Key Cards – A Summer Blessing**: I must especially commend the hotel for providing two key cards! This is incredibly thoughtful, especially for a summer stay. One card can be left permanently in the power slot, ensuring the room's air conditioning continues to run when we're out. This means that no matter when we return to the room, we're greeted by a cool and comfortable environment, without having to endure the stuffy wait while it recools. This small detail significantly enhanced the comfort and convenience of a summer stay; it's very user-friendly.
2. **Abundant Drink Options, No Kettle Needed**: The room's coffee machine and separate instant hot water dispenser are also huge pluses. This means we can easily get hot water for tea or other beverages anytime, completely eliminating the need for a traditional electric kettle. This not only saves waiting time but also alleviates concerns about potential scale or cleanliness issues with kettles, feeling more hygienic and quicker. The coffee machine also met the need for a hot cup of coffee anytime, which was very convenient.
**Suggestions for Improvement**
**Disposable Towel Experience Was Subpar**: The only minor inconvenience was the disposable bath towels provided in the room. While I understand the hotel might offer disposable items for environmental reasons or convenience, in practice, their absorbency was poor. After use, there were still noticeable water streaks on the skin, making it feel like I hadn't dried off properly. For drying after a shower, the experience wasn't ideal; I might need to use multiple towels to achieve the desired effect, which is neither eco-friendly nor comfortable.
Overall, the hotel has done an excellent job in enhancing guest convenience and comfort, and these details show great care. If the quality of the disposable towels could be upgraded to biodegradable products with better absorbency and a more comfortable feel, or if high-quality, reusable cotton towels were offered as an option, I believe the overall stay experience would be even more perfect. These minor issues don't detract from the overall excellent experience, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the towel experience on my next stay! I forgot to take photos of the room, so this is an exterior shot taken through the room window.

The environment was fantastic, close to a food street, Fayin Temple, and Lingxiu Park, and even had its own small park, which was also quite nice. Service was prompt; two bottles of water were quickly delivered when I asked for them in the evening. However, the lobby staff weren't very welcoming.

1. The room is quite good, with 4 bottles of water
2. The location is quite close to the commercial street
3. Toothbrush and toothpaste are in the room, no need to go to the front desk to get them
4. There are windows that can be opened and equipped with screens.
5. Breakfast was pretty good, except that the aunt who made the wontons was too slow, fearing that too many people would order the wontons if she made them too quickly.
What I feel bad about:
1. There is a strange smell when entering the room, it feels like the smell of cigarette smoke
2. Not friendly to children. There is no bedside. Even though I put 2 pillows on it, I still fell off the bed in the middle of the night. In the end, I had no choice but to move the table and chairs to the side of the bed.
3. I wiped the dust on the bedside table and telephone twice. The children touched it everywhere, so I wiped it everywhere.
4. The refrigerator was plugged in, but the refrigerator was broken. Even calling the front desk didn't solve the problem. They sent a technician up, looked at the problem, and said it was broken. I said, oh, my mung bean cake and yogurt were left in the broken refrigerator. It lasted a day and I couldn’t eat anything.
5. I asked the front desk if there was a children's playground nearby. The front desk said he didn't know. Well, I'd better search it on Dianping.com.
This hotel is more suitable for business trips. If you are staying with children, there are no small stairs for children to walk up and wash their hands.
