This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the attractions in Luoping. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and the food was excellent, with impeccable service from the staff. The F&B manager was exceptionally dedicated, bustling around so much that their legs were tired, yet they still had a colleague assist them so they could stay on-site to oversee everything. The front desk upgraded me to a bathtub room, which was much more spacious. The functional areas were clearly defined. The shower had excellent hot water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. A few points need improvement: the sink faucet is too far to the side, causing water to overflow and soak the entire sink area. Secondly, the renovation smell in the hallway is still quite strong; I suggest air purification. Finally, the mattress is too thick; I recommend replacing it with a thinner one as summer approaches.
