During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Chose to stay at the Manxin Hotel in Wuhan, and my overall experience was great! The bedding quality was amazing – the duvet cover was clean and odorless, and the bedding itself was soft and comfortable. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to sleep until I naturally woke up. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the pedestrian street, making getting around incredibly convenient. The attention to detail is impressive, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend checking it out!

Good. Convenient. Recommended. Close to the exhibition and Rose Street. Downstairs there's a shopping mall and supermarket, which is super convenient. Breakfast was decent. This is a really nice hotel! I stayed at two Sheratons on this trip, and both were excellent. The service truly stands out. The security guards at the entrance were all very polite and professional. The hotel even offered complimentary breakfast for my child and supper at the executive lounge. Our butler was also incredibly kind, always asking what services we needed. I definitely prefer big-brand hotels; the service, bedding, and overall sense of relaxation are just completely different. The breakfast was absolutely delicious – hot dry noodles, beef noodles, and guokui, among others, were all so satisfying! If I go to Wuhan again, I'll definitely choose a Sheraton. It left a lasting impression! Despite a lot of guests, you wouldn't know it when you're in your room at night. No matter how carefully you listen, you won't hear anyone in the surrounding rooms – it's incredibly quiet, ensuring great sleep quality! The location is also excellent, very close to Hankou Railway Station, and directly downstairs are Wanda Plaza and a supermarket. I also want to commend the hotel lobby for having a photo exhibition area called 'Wuhan Memories.' I think this shows the hotel's respect and understanding for this glorious city. I spent a long time looking at every single photo with my child, learning about the history. I personally found it to be a wonderful touch!

This hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

The location is unbeatable. It's right next to Lihuangpi Road, and the Bagong House is just beside it. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is a 20-minute walk away. The young lady who checked me in, the security guard at the entrance, and the young man who checked me out (not at the front desk) were all incredibly nice. The downside is that there's no parking lot, no parking spaces at all. Parking was extremely difficult, which made me hesitant to drive out during my two-day stay. I ended up taking taxis every day, which was very inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working well. Someone came to check it, but couldn't find any issues, and it was just too hot. The hot water was also very problematic. When I got back at midnight, if I only turned on the hot water for a shower, the flow was incredibly weak. If I added a little cold water, the flow would improve slightly, but then the water temperature would drop, which was very inconvenient. Showering was particularly uncomfortable these past two days. The hotel is old, and its facilities are outdated. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card and then press a button; most hotels now just take you to your floor directly after swiping.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get everywhere. The rooms are a bit small and the facilities aren't new. The price was acceptable during the Chinese New Year period, but the room's cleanliness really impacted our stay. There were spills that hadn't been wiped up, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the water glasses had mold spots. When we contacted the front desk, the staff said they were too busy because of Chinese New Year and could only address it the next day. The parking lot is very small, but the parking attendant was enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. The soundproofing was decent, and breakfast was just okay.
