Xingtai Hotels with Gym

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful . Breakfast buffet was good. The dining staff were very accommodating to my dietary requests… The hotel overall is very clean. They have a laundry room with two washers & two dryers. Availability of the laundry machines can be checked from the room TV monitor which ia very convenient. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops are around including a KFC next door 😉 Will definitely recommend and will come back and stay if coming to town again.

The hotel was in perfect condition, the rooms were fantastic and the service and reception were very nice and pleasant. Thank you for your hard work!

This stay at Ray Jazz Hotel exceeded my expectations! The hotel is easy to find and very close to the high-speed rail station, with convenient parking. Front desk staffer Xiao Zhou was enthusiastic and made check-in very quick. The room was clean and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The value for money is amazing, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room is very spacious with a great view and well-equipped. The location is a bit further north but still within the city, making it convenient to get anywhere. The staff are all professional and friendly. Breakfast offers a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Plus, there's a thoughtful late-night snack service. It's one of the highest-end hotels in Xingtai city.

The hotel's service team is professional and enthusiastic. Whether it is the front desk reception or the room attendants, they are all very satisfying. They always provide services with a smile, warm and thoughtful, which is pleasant. I would like to especially thank Xiao Ma at the front desk for his professionalism. I haven't had such a great accommodation experience for a long time!

This time the family stayed at Nangong Nanhu Hot Spring International Hotel. The overall experience was superb. The hotel had a beautiful environment and good service. It was not lost to the star rating of the big city, but it must be praised by the catering department alone! The environment of the restaurant is clean and tidy, the dining atmosphere is very comfortable, the dishes taste very good, the ingredients are fresh and the seasoning is moderate, our whole family is very satisfied. Special thanks to Wang Fang, the restaurant supervisor! The service was very professional and caring throughout the whole process. Not only did he take the initiative to help us arrange seats, but also carefully paid attention to our needs. The whole process was warm and thoughtful. She was particularly comfortable throughout the meal process. Such a good staff is really the treasure of the hotel, and let us directly fill the goodwill of this hotel! I will choose here next time and recommend it to everyone!

The Layout of the hotel was quite confusing at the beginning, but you get the hang out of it very quick. Beatiful infinety Pool and big gym and workoutspace. We had a great experiance with everithing. One negative point is, that we had to figure out eating times, location and menue of the food our own. With multiple trips to the reseption to ask. We could've been told when we checked in or even on a flyer with the different options and the times when food will be served. Appart from the food confusion, we were very happy with this hotel.

A Peaceful Stay in a Beautiful Setting I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean - everything a traveler could ask for when looking for a place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. What really made my stay special, though, was the warm and genuine hospitality. The staff, and especially the General Manager (GM), make me feel welcome and at home. If I find myself in this area again, I will absolutely return. Highly recommended!

The service was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The room was modern with a beautiful view from the window. It was clean. There was parking, a gym and washing machines.

The bathtub was okay, the cleanliness was okay, and the soundproofing was okay. However, the bathwater was only lukewarm. I had to call someone over and it took half an hour to fix it. The lady who helped was very helpful, though I didn't end up getting a bath myself. The front desk service was absolutely terrible. I've never encountered anything this bad. I travel and stay in hotels all the time, and this is the first time I've written a service review that I can't stand it… From efficiency to attitude, the first night I checked in after midnight. I had a lot of luggage, so I asked if they had a luggage cart. The two staff members on duty didn't even look up. Maybe it's because I spoke softly? Then I went to get it myself, and they stopped me and asked what I was doing? Did I steal the luggage cart? Haha. They were also unclear about the amount on the invoice. One star for the front desk service isn't the limit; they're just incredibly bad…
