Alicante Province Hotels with Gym

The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.

The hotel is very nice. The location is a bit secluded, but still easily accessible. Being on a side street, it's definitely super quiet. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great, a wide selection of everything. They also cater to allergies. The coffee, unfortunately, was from a machine and not very good. Our room (Deluxe) was large and good, but unfortunately located in the corner of the building. The view from the bed was directly into the neighboring room. Also, free water in the room would have been a nice touch. The gym was unfortunately very disappointing. For a hotel of this category and size, one would expect better quality and a wider selection of equipment. The pool area is very beautiful with its landscaping, a small paradise. In our opinion, they should clean up more often; empty glasses are standing and lying around everywhere. Despite everything, it's a very nice hotel. WE WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN.

Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Elevators can get crowded during peak hours. The soundproofing of the room doors is a bit weak (you can hear it if neighboring rooms close their doors forcefully). Housekeeping sometimes forgets a small hand towel, and the tooth cups can occasionally be dirty. Otherwise, no major issues. The bed comes with a variety of pillows of different heights and firmness, which is great for sleep quality. There's a free-to-use safe in the room and complimentary Bibles available. The minibar also has chilled glasses. I hope they can add a security chain or a peephole to the doors for added security. Cleanliness: Generally clean, but the nooks and crannies in the bathroom need more attention. Sometimes there are one or two small flying insects in the room. Environment: The overall environment is very quiet, and the location is great. Many places are within walking distance, there's a bus stop nearby, and it's close to Palm Avenue with a supermarket within walking distance. Service: Room cleaning is punctual every day, and the timing is perfect – it doesn't disturb guests who are catching up on sleep in the morning. The young lady who checked me in at the front desk on the afternoon of April 30th was incredibly friendly, patient, and approachable during our conversation. The ice cubes added to the whisky in the lounge weren't great quality; they melted too quickly, and the Aperol Spritz was a bit weak.

The room and bathroom were not maintained, the doors and window frames were damp and swollen with water, the sink support was rusty, the room was very basic and old, there was little light except from the window, the curtain was dirty and torn, and it was noticeable that there was a lack of maintenance and lighting. The buffet service was very good, with elaborate and homemade food, free on everything except for drinks, which you pay for when you enter, and the waiters were very attentive when it came to clearing away dishes and cleaning. The gym is just what you see in the photo, super small and all with closed glass, a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical and weights of a maximum of 10 kg.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

El hotel se encontraba en perfectas condiciones y tenía decoración de Halloween, muy bonito. Tenía muchas actividades y también las entradas al parque Terra mítica que no me lo esperaba. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue súper amable. La comida del desayuno también estuvo muy rica y muy variada. Repeteríamos mucho está experiencia

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Palm Avenue, Mushroom Street, and the Castle Elevator are all within walking distance. The room has two bathrooms, both with showers. The room faces east, offering direct views of the sunrise with the beach, sea, and sky right outside the window. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just across the street – so convenient!

Friendly Staff, 24h reception, we arrived very late around midnight and the reception was there. It is close to a beach and a tram stop that goes to the city. It is nice if you like to escape the city center and be closer to the beach. The room is spacious. No refrigerator though. Overall I was satisfied and would stay there again.

Good priced , clean place , nicely located. Very accommodating. Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult. If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away and stay. Even though the staff were polite and friendly.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.
