Everything was fine and good as per pricing. Only need to train the staff at front desk who r not trained for hospitality industry. Overall good experience with justified cost.

Hotel reception service - 2 out of 5 , extremely slow and staff seems lost and unclear. Hotel house keeping and room cleanliness - 2 out of 5 . Bedsheets were not clean , bathroom toiletries were not environmental friendly and clean. Hotel restaurant service : 5 out of 5 . Too good. Staff was very efficient, responsive, fast. Food options were very good. Buffet service and options were excellent.

It is a business hotel. Because I want to go to Naga, I chose to live in Gorakhpur. It is a very good business hotel in the area. The room and bathroom are not small. It is a vegetarian restaurant, even eggs are not available. However, it is a very good hotel.

Had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza! The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful.The staff made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful view. The reception staff specially Miss Muskan went out of their way to make our stay special and provided us packed lunch. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service”.

Great value for money. Very close to malls and street markets. Bad traffic in the area but it was ok for me. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Good beddings and AC/ hot water. Stayed for for a month and it was not expensive at all 😉

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
