Todo bien con instalaciones solo el personal de mantenimiento y limpieza de cuartos muy ruidosos, mucho grito y risas y no dejan descansar., traen radios a todo volumen, deberían de usar auriculares como en otros hoteles.

Mis felicitaciones para todo el personal, nos sentimos como en casa, llegamos el dia que cumple mi esposa y decoraron la habitación, se les agradece el detallazo! La atención del restaurante súper bien, su bufet muy rico. Todo estuvo excelente A todo el equipo de Park Inn Radisson los felicito. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

The worst are the rooms, mattresses in terrible condition, and rusty hotel accessories. They have sales agents to sell you hotel nights, ignore them, this is in very bad taste, they trick you into giving you 3 nights as a gift, which is a farce, they are just trying to sell you.

Este hotel es mi favorito en Mazatlán para ir con mi familia, es muy agradable el lugar, los empleados muy amables, un lugar tranquilo para descansar, el restaurante el bufete exquisito, los domingos de brunch muy sabroso. Dos albercas para disfrutar y una vista hermosa, cuenta con servicio de ballet parkin, el cual por el costo de 100 me parece excelente, tomar en cuenta que en temporada alta hay mucha demanda en el servicio, lo cual te brindan un teléfono de Watss app para solicitar con tiempo tu automóvil, eso me parece Exelente por que así programas tu salida con tiempo, lo único que me desagradó es que hubo una persona del ballet que pidió propina, siempre acostumbro andar una propina por el servicio brindado, pero se me hace de mal gusto que no las pidan, de ahí en fuera todo Exelente, los meseros del restaurante papagayo de lo mejoren cuanto servicio, algo que no me gustó es que no respetarán la habitación que pague, aún que haya llegado a las 5 pm yo pagué por dos habitaciones con vista al mar y me dieron dos que estaban en la parte attas del hotel, al llevar niños me desagradó mucho no tener la vista al mar que fue lo que yo pague u me dijeron que ya no tenían disponibles, cuando se supone que ya estaban pagadas desde que se hizo la reservación con 1 mes de anticipación. Sin duda regreso ya que los pequeños detalles no me haran odiar al hotel. Solo la próxima vez que valla que respeten mi reservación.

And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place.
