Really bad experience when I stay at Exedra Cave. There was an unpleasant incident, so after 1 hour of entering the room, I found my room was very cold, apparently the room heater was broken. I called reception and was told to wait. After waiting 1 hour no one came, I went to the lobby to complain, was asked to wait again. Half an hour later still no one came, I went to the lobby and waited 40 minutes, while the children and wife were already cold, especially since the hotel didn't have blankets, only sheets. After 40 minutes in the lobby and seeing that the 4 heaters that the engineering staff had brought were not my quota, I was angry, the answer was just ”there's nothing we can do except wait”. While still angry, I just went to my room, unpacked clothes that could be used as blankets. Finally, after an hour, a portable heater was sent to the room. So in total I waited almost 4 hours. It's called a portable heater, it definitely takes time to heat up, so in the end we just had to sleep. After 8 hours the room temperature becomes a comfortable normal. Well, it turns out there were 2 other tour participants' rooms that were very positive thinking because the rooms were cold but didn't complain, so they wore 2 sets of jackets while sleeping because they thought it was a cave hotel feature so they slept in a natural atmosphere. The hotel can actually be said to have a good landscape, but it is less effective for older people and those with children because the location of one room to another is quite far and requires stairs. The lobby is located on the top floor while the restaurant is located on the bottom floor, so if you have breakfast or dinner it's quite a long way up and down. Arriving at the hotel, our luggage was dropped off by the hotel staff, immediately asked for dinner. The menu is rice, chicken, potatoes, vegetables, tomatoes, fried rice, fish, cheese, salad, various cakes, pudding. After dinner, we were taken to our room by the staff, it turned out our room was close to the lobby so we had to climb 4 floors using stairs. Arriving at the room, go into the room, the sleeping area is quite narrow because it only fits one mattress then the TV, the bathroom area is quite spacious combined with a cupboard and minibar. There is a shower sink and closet. The amenities are quite complete. You could say I was unlucky because I got a room with a narrow bedroom, the other room was more proportional (looked spacious). Because it's a cave hotel, the layout of one bedroom to another is of course different. At the Exedra Cave hotel we stayed 2 days. Our room also had a balcony (which of course I didn't use because it was so cold). There are no swimming pool and gym facilities. There is only a lobby and restaurant. Breakfast includes bread, crackers, cereal, nuts, honey, fruit, cake, pudding, salad, cold cut, cheese, boiled eggs, sausages, minced chicken, porridge, boiled Lombok, potatoes, bread

A great hotel for transit and to visit Cappadocia. The balls are visible from the parking, of course, but it is better to go to the View in Herem (10 min by car).
The rooms are big. There is a parking lot. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m.
Thank you for the gifts, very unexpectedly!

Stayed two nights and were made very welcome by staff. They organised transfers and saved us money as well as personalised tours to see all the areas many highlights. It is luxurious accommodation at a budget price. Selma and her staff ensure your every need is met.
Staying at this charming small family hotel in Cappadocia was a highlight of our journey. From the outset, the host's warm welcome set the tone for what was to be a personalized service experience. Their friendliness, willingness to help, and rapid response to any inquiries made us feel well-cared-for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, blending traditional aesthetics with comfort, creating an exciting experience of living within a cave. This unique accommodation choice added an unforgettable layer to our Cappadocia adventure. Adding to the homely atmosphere were the hotel's pets—a cat with its playful kitten and a friendly dog—which provided endless entertainment for the children and were a delightful presence for all the visitors. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this cave hotel to those seeking a blend of adventure and comfort, served with a heartwarming dose of hospitality.
GGuest UserI have experienced a great experience during my stay in this charming hotel in Kapadokia, which offers an impressive atmosphere with a perfect combination of historical fabric and modern comfort. The rooms are all elegant and authentic, and offer a real cave experience. The location of the hotel provides easy access to Kapadokya's breathtaking views and staff is very close and helpful. The rich breakfast offered in the morning has made us make a perfect start on the day. It is sure that it is an unforgettable accommodation and I recommend this special place to everyone.
GGuest UserJust an amazing hotel in the center with a very cool design of the rooms. We lived in the simplest and most expensive room with a pool. Both are cool, but with a pool of course chic.
Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, very caring and friendly staff, they helped with everything. We bought all excursions at the hotel, they came out cheaper, which is very surprising.
I really liked that each room has its own exit and a small terrace with different interiors. Very tasty breakfasts.
Everything is very stylish and aesthetically pleasing, each vase and mug in the room is simply a work of art.
Highly recommend this hotel in Cappadocia ❤️
Highly recommended first class hotel and staff! While on holiday in Türkiye my plans had to change. A last minute booking I received an amazing room and service. The manager, Ms Cakir and her staff handled everything including booking all the local tours including the hard to get balloon tour. All the tours were amazing with excellent tour guides. The facilities and rooms are exceptionally clean! The restaurant (breakfast included) also provided outstanding service and food quality. I couldn’t have had a better time if I had planned it months in advance instead of the same day arrival from Istanbul. Thank you for amazing holiday in Cappadocia!
KKuoWhat a beutiful hotel with its unique style of setup. We had the villa with its own terrace pool. The hosts were super personable and quick to respond to your requests. Bets way of communication is by WhatsApp and talk directly with the managers who are very eager to ensure you have the best experience in Cappadocia. Just beware that the rooms do not have AC but the weather was cool enough at night when we were there.
YYIXUEThree trips to the country have stayed in Cappadocia for about 20 days. Cappadocia is composed of many towns besides Nevsehir and Kayseri. The town of Goreme is in China. Most famous but compared to Goreme's over-commercialization, I prefer this town to Otahesa orthahisar. This is a small town free traveler who also chooses less here but perhaps officially retains more of the country's cultural hotel. 3 minutes walk from the town center supermarket cafe attractions museum, even if you want to go to Goreme restaurant, there is a minibus 6 lira can take a taxi 30 lira hotel is very comfortable and style is more characteristic than other cave hotels, the cave hotel is most afraid There is no elevator and this hotel is one of the few breakfasts provided. The rich humanistic care highlights the opportunity to experience
FFilippo ASo, for nobody in this structure, or almost speak English, it is extremely difficult to communicate. The room did not reflect my reservation: - I felt the noise of the other rooms - it was not going to be so much air in the room that I was awake in the middle of the night all sweaty without being able to sleep - only a roll of toilet paper - dirty bathroom - unforeseeable washing machine with broken washing machine - unfunctioning bathroom ventilation and full of powder - Douche without door with water that obviously ends around the bathroom After many complaints in reception we finally managed to talk Through Google translated with the boss who assured us that the next day would have made us find the clean room. Not only the next day the room was not fitted, but even the hot water did not work! Then, with the empty structure, instead of helping us, the chief thought well to call the police and make us lose the whole evening and the next morning to make statements with the police forces. I remain basic of how on your booking platform, with which I always found very good, you can find such places, with unskilled staff and especially with very little attention to the client.
