The service of Sheraton is still very good. After all, it is a brand hotel and will not damage its own reputation. The hotel is located right next to the NJ railway, so it is very convenient to take the train back from New York. You don't even need to use Uber, you can just walk across the street. There is a lounge on the 19th floor of the hotel, which is open 24 hours a day. Although it only provides simple snacks, the coffee machine is from Starbucks, which is very good.

We loved our stay. The staff was kind and courteous. Great locations to restaurant's and downtown. The beach is only a short walk. We will return again!

First time staying here. It was a beautiful property, very well maintained. The rooms were done very well, with an extremely comfortable bed and a very nicely appointed bathroom. We were there for a wedding. They do weddings extremely well. The facilities, timing, atmosphere and catering were top shelf. Of particular note, the food was outstanding. Everyone on staff, from our check in to our check out, was professional, approachable and pleasant. Look forward to staying there again.

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the ******. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the ****** for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night ****** bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

I love everything about the room and everything good service and everything I love everything

The location is good, but the hygiene was so-so. It's older than I thought. Still, it was good for a short stay. The room was bigger than I thought.

First time I've stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice bar on the roof where you can enjoy the weather outside, or sit inside and watch the ball game while having a beer and a hoagie or nachos. Nothing fancy. Just good stuff. The TV and cable channels beat previous hotels I've stayed at in the area that were far more expensive. I got a good deal, and had a good time. Definitely a do over.
