Great
GGuest UserThis was an amazing stay for myself and family!!! I absolutely loved everything about our stay. The suite with the bunk beds was perfect for me and the children. We played board games that we brought with us along with the games that came along with the suite. Very spacious for our group. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely bring my family back. Thank you for making our first group spring break vacation a complete success!!!
GGuest UserAll in all, was very satisfied with all amenities and pleasantly surprised by the weather which looked foreboding at times but cleared out. The only negative was the parking which is in a remote location and I believe charged daily for use, oh well, can't have it all. The beach, pool, pier and food made it worth it. Will visit again.
NNicole BlackmonThe front desk staff was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the pillows hurt my neck. Everything else was great. The toll bridge was very slow, which doesn't reflect the hotel.
TTINGParking lot In front of the hotel, there are swimming pools and heated pools by the sea for children, breakfast is good, it is not clear whether extra beds are available, but the rooms are quite large and very clean ...
GGuest UserGreat hotel right on the beach. The location cannot be beat. I highly recommend the beach view balcony. They have free breakfast that is good. You do have to pay $15 a day to park. They have a parking garage. It says free parking but it is not free parking. You can rent to chairs and an umbrella for $45 per day. They have a pool bar. They have a hot tub. The pool is not heated but is very nice and cleaned every morning. A some portion of the pool is covered. There is a refrigerator in the room. I would recommend bringing your own pillows because their pillows are terrible but other than that it’s a great hotel!
GGuest UserThe hotel is nice it’s a Hilton after all but when we got settled into the room we noticed there was bits of a styrofoam takeout container on the floor in the living room and the bed was poorly made; it looked thrown together. Then when we went to shower, there was hair stuck to the back wall of the shower that housekeeping had neglected to get off. I mentioned these things to the lady at the front desk when checking out and she seemed uninterested of this so.
GGuest UserThe hotel was really nice despite a few minor issues in the room! The walls were super thin so you could hear everything, but the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect - right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and activities. Some maintenance issues, but overall it was a great stay!
GGuest UserGreat location, friendly people, great breakfast, good stuff in the gym although it’s very tight for more than one person at a time, and my only real complaint is that the rugs and rooms haven’t been changed since 1972. Some type of green and brown swirl pattern that took us back in time 50 years. Time for a remodel, and then this place would be banging!!!
GGuest UserThe Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Beach, Alabama, was a beautiful place! I liked the hotel layout. My favorite parts while staying there were collecting shells on their beaitiful private beach behind the hotel, leisurely riding innertubes on their ”heated river” behind the hotel and enjoying their delicious breakfast buffet. Every hotel employee we met was wonderful and helpful! I reserved a physicallyhandicapped room with island view. My only unpleasant part of my stay was the flooding from the handicapped bathroom shower that flooded the bathroom floor, into the front entrance to the room, even wetting the hall carpet. I reported it to the front desk, who thanked me for reporting it. They said it was because it was a handicapped room. I told them it didn't matter...if it was a handicapped room or not. I told them more care should have been taken considering it was for a handicapped person. What if I'd fallen on the wet floor and gotten hurt? Anyway, I liked the hotel but I don't recommend renting and reserving the handicapped room (#415) until these issues are corrected and the room, itself, is updated and this problem is completely corrected. Thanks! Rhonda Tippett
GGuest UserThe place was clean but several things weren’t working. The light beside one of the beds wasn’t working and the charger wasn’t working either. Tge plug in the bath only the top receptacle was working. The price was a good price.
