Collin County Hotels with Gym

We had a 3 day stay for golf outing and attended the CJ Cup Byron Nelson tournament.  Our stay at the Denizen made our stay more enjoyable due to the location of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.  We had a round of golf at Watters Creek which is close to the Denizen as well.  We will definitely return and stay at the Denizen due  to friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

My mother and I were in town for medical appointments. The hotel was convenient to Hwy 75, Sam Rayburn Expressway and North Central Expressway. The room was exceptionally clean. The sitting area plus the bed was a great combo. The tv was huge and was turnable from couch to bed. The bathroom had what we consider a walk-in shower. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we have ever stayed.

It was a very comfortable 5 days~ The bedding was comfortable and safe. Especially the breakfast was very delicious and fresh. If you come back, you will choose this place.

I think it's the best value hotel. It's close to Koreatown and in a good location.

This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking. Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.

All the bath essentials were empty when getting in there. The beds were a bit hard. Pillows were Mediocre and end up being hard after an hour of laying on them. Shower/tub had a little Mold around the edges. No free coffee available downstairs like they use to have. Service was very friendly. Pool looked a bit dirty. The price is not worth the stay. I’ve stayed in way nicer places for A lot less. Mediocre hotel for me. I should have just picked the one down the road that was nicer stay at quality inn for half the price. I thought hiltons were supposed to be to be way better than this for this price.

The hotel is located in a quite place, easy parking. The breakfast is good for american standards. Room has a nice space, good screen and bathroom size. The room needs lots of improovement on lightining, each is pretty poor (and I enjoy low light places, but this was way too much). Front desk guy didn't even say hello upon arrival, even I said so, and he just repeated again ”reservation?!” Nice pool, nice gym, just was forgoten to turn on that water fontain.

Overall is good. It feels that the overall building structure is not very soundproof, and there are children running upstairs. 😅 But the service is still good, it's more than 8 o'clock in the evening, and the guy who is receiving is very good. By the way, the gym felt a little broken, the room was too small, the dumbbell stool was broken, and when I was doing the push, my buttocks slipped and didn't sit steady. I almost hurt my waist 😪.

The hotel is well-located and convenient for long stays. However, the housekeeping service is quite minimal, offering only a “refresh service,” which primarily involves changing towels. For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. Despite this, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained.
