Environment** * The hotel offers a beautiful, quiet, and comfortable environment, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing. * The rooms are tastefully decorated, with meticulous attention to detail, creating a warm, homely atmosphere. * The public areas are clean and tidy, with abundant greenery, providing a pleasant space for guests to relax. **II. Service** * The warm and attentive front desk service and efficient check-in process were impressive. * The friendly staff meticulously attended to every guest's needs, making the room feel right at home. * The hotel's thoughtful extras, such as free transportation and travel assistance, greatly enhanced the stay experience. **III. Facilities** * The rooms are fully equipped with high-end amenities, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. * The hotel also features a state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool, meeting guests' leisure and entertainment needs. * The air conditioning and hot water systems in the rooms perform well, providing a comfortable living environment. **IV. It is a great place to stay. Convenient to move around but what is most important is the staff. Breakfast is great in a nicely decorated place with team ready to serve you. Three flavors coffee or a hot cup of tea. I also personally want to thank Mr. Dat Nguyen. I forgot my passport and wallet in the room. He manage the crisis very well and I feel well supported as the hotel in Hanoi will not offer me a room without passport. He shared my passport copy till the passport physically arrived which took three hours. Thank you once again.

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

Great stay at Sheraton Hai Phong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the location was convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The gym and swimming pool were excellent, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The service staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The front desk and bell staff were also very professional and courteous. Overall, it met the standard I would expect from a Marriott hotel, and I was not disappointed. One small area for improvement is the bathroom ventilation. The exhaust fan was not very strong, and sometimes there was a slight smell in the bathroom when the air conditioning was not on.

Location & Transportation: The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to dining and shopping. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and various attractions. Ambiance & Hygiene: The lobby design is simple yet grand. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and fresh. There was even a subtle fragrance in the air, allowing me to completely relax the moment I stepped in. Service: The front desk lady was very friendly and processed my check-in quickly. She even upgraded my room for free! Room service was very responsive; the extra toiletries I requested were delivered within minutes. A special shout-out to the cleaning staff; every day I returned to a perfectly tidied room, and they even left thoughtful handwritten greeting cards. Facilities & Comfort: The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and there were pillows of various heights to choose from. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. There was plenty of hot water, and the shower pressure was perfect, washing away all the day's fatigue.

The best hotel in Cappadocia! The staff service was top-notch, and their responsiveness was excellent. The location itself was superb, and the breakfast was fantastic. The gym is okay if you're looking for bodyweight exercises or dumbbells (though there's a Chris Bumstead video playing on the wall... it's just not possible with the facilities provided). But it's fine for temporary use. The pool: PERFECT!!! Even in the cold January weather, the indoor pool was enjoyable enough (why there's a foot volleyball court or ping-pong table in the middle of the pool is a mystery...). The game room: Just skip this one... it has old games, and some are broken. The kids' room: Don't expect the kids to play there for a long time. However, the location and view are a solid 6/5, which makes it totally deserving of a 5-star rating overall.

The hotel lobby is emasculate if they pot as much effort into the the rest of the hotel as the reception lobby it would be good ..breakfast was poor no fruit and the nuddles was stuck to the bottom of the tray and it’s easy to cook them..cold tea and packet coffee when most hotels in Vietnam give you good coffee as there know for there coffee . Need a good maintenance man as the furniture is good but they just need a good maintains man to paint and keep up good maintenance but to be fair this seems to be the norm in Vietnam when it’s not hard to use a bit of decorators cork and paint with out hitting everything around what there meant to be painting. Builders working above my room and they tried to blame it on next door and the tv had very bad reception it was all fuzzy when I told them they said they will send someone up but no one came. Same as a few things and it could be a great hotel

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).
