"The location is very great. But the water in the bathroom keeps changing between cold and hot, making me really annoyed every time I take a shower. I found hair on my pillow on my first day. I booked a double bed but the room has basically two single beds next to each other, causing the big gap in the middle so it really disrupted my sleep. I have asked for instant cancellation on day two but they don't allow that due to stupid policy, even though they failed to provide a clean and decent room."

"The location was not import for me so i could not comment , the room was clean but dated , it did not affect my stay, value for money , it was very good, no noise , the spa was a bonus The staff were excellent,nothing was too much trouble , breakfast was ample."

"This boutique hotel is in a very excellent location to explore the city. It is just a few minutes walk to the Basilica or the river. We loved walking around the area. The entrance to the hotel is off the Main Street, and it is easier to look for the associated cafe than it is the hotel. The cafe is only marginal, but the hotel breakfast was great with made-to-order eggs/ omelettes,. There is a pot of coffee which this American really appreciated! There are also complimentary cookies and tea upstairs available at all times. The staff was very helpful."

"The location is central, just a 12-minute walk from the Old Town. The guesthouse is charming and clean. There is also a courtyard where you can park your car for free, which is a great convenience. I can’t comment on the breakfast, as we chose to have it in the city, but overall, it’s a good place to consider for your stay. Enjoy"

"My husband did not get the ordered meal, it was served 20 min later. It was terrible, I guess the chef wanted to finished it too fast so the meat was not fried well. The chips is better at the Mcdonalds then here... The service charge was 10% that is really high considering we paid 8700.- for 3 jugs of limonade +10% --＞ 9570.- (4 adults, 4 boys) So the total amount was schocking for me. "
