Great hotel in a great location. Staff were lovely and accommodating, and we appreciated being able to leave our bags before check in and after check out. Breakfast was nice and diverse. There are vending machines and fridges you can purchase drinks and snacks from. The room amenities were a little too basic. We missed having coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Also the pillows (one each) were very thin and uncomfortable. A/C ventilation didn’t really make a difference on hot nights so we slept with the windows open (which was nice but a little noisy).

The hotel was equipped with FOUR beds (2 sets of up/down beds) for 2 adults and 2 kids! It served a good breakfast (a wide range of hams and bread) and even several hot dishes. So the room was complete with no coffee machine or water. The room was a bit tight for 4 persons, without much space. 
The location of the hotel is close to one metro station, less than one minute by walk.
There&#39;re many shops and a supermarket downstairs, but unfortunately we had no time to visit them.
The reception is friendly and offers a free printing.

总之，这个酒店最大的亮点是早餐和及其便利的交通。

The hotel was well positioned close to St Stephen’s Basilica, with all local amenities on the doorstep including a Lidl supermarket around the corner, plus restaurants and bars in short walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were basic and even double beds were actually two single beds together but reasonably comfortable, the rooms were also pretty compact with an open plan bathroom with a curtain. For our weekend away it was fine and for me personally I got it at a reduced price booking last minute but others paid a lot more, so for similar price I would personally prefer some of the 4 star hotels located closed by. The breakfast was included which is a bonus, and had a selection of hot/cold food/drinks, served until 10.30am, and you can order a packed breakfast, it was basic but something for everyone. Also there is scaffolding outside of the hotel, so may not be as easy to see the name for when you first arrive.
