Location is a bit tricky because it has two entrances. From train station on the pedestrian bridge, walk towarda ah supermarket, walk a bit more, go down the escalator.
Room was large, very clean, super cute building, good transportation, many cafes and shops nearby.

This is my second time staying in Inntel. They are really in a good location. Here are my reviews according to the good and bad.
Positive:
1. The location is perfect. Located at the Station Zaandam. Walkable distance. There are many shops nearby, like Albert Heijn etc.
2. The view from the hotel was very nice too.
3. Super friendly staff from the front desk.
Negative:
1. Probably not hotel responsibility. But the escalator and elevator which access the hotel (outside the hotel) have not functioned for quite some time. As a tourist, mostly carried with heavy luggage, which caused inconvenience.
2. The design from the room and bathroom. There is a glass, so if someone goes to the toilet and turns on the light in the middle of the night. It was quite disturbing. If there was just a dim light it would be much appreciated.
3. The water power from the shower was quite weak. So kind of disappointed.
But overall we still enjoyed a pleasant stay in Inntel this time.

This is my second time to stay at Inntel Hotel Zandaam. And I am very satisfied and happy staying at this hotel. I think the staff are a gem. Each and everyone I met were all smiles. From reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff. I have yet to try the restaurant but as I pass by the restaurant to go to the lift, they are all polite , courteous, and welcoming. In my next stay, I will definitely try the restaurant. Our room was big, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The location is a few minutes walk from Zaandam station and it’s a 15 minute train ride to Zaandam Central station. I highly recommend.

Amazing stay overall. We will definitely be back again.
The staff are incredible: always happy to help. They even ensured that our room was ready for our arrival early in the morning.
Overall, a great spot to stay at, especially considering the proximity to the station and the nice shops around for convenience.
Cons: the fridge in our room (1004) was barely working- please replace. The shower floor wasn't too clean, and the water kept going cold and hot, which was annoying.
