The service was good and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. It's not far from the city and you can park for free at the hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, which made the stay quite pleasant. Although the kettle was a bit unreliable and didn’t always work even when plugged in, the room was well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and shelves, making it very convenient for longer stays. However, the quality of the provided toiletries, such as shampoo, was not very good, so I would recommend bringing your own. Also, there is no hairdryer in the room, so you’ll need to request one from the front desk. Overall, while there are a few minor inconveniences, the room itself is practical and easy to use.

The room was clean enough and the shared bunk beds had privacy curtains which was a really nice addition. The problem arises at the general amenities of the hostel. It’s not maintained properly and not well explained where everything is located. The elevators had missing ground floor buttons, and 1 out of the three was out of commission.

Internet is subpar when you get a room in the higher floors. Even in the lobby I had an average of 100+ ping. Usable for the aberage person but inconveniencing for me. The elevator also had issues so we had to wait over 15 minutes to get the one that worked and not the one with broken buttons. Other than that the room was good, clean and sverything was perfect.

Everything was great, except for the air conditioning. There was no AC and it was impossible to breathe with temperatures over +30 on the 8th floor. The service and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good overall service, Christie was very lovely and very helpful she made the stay a lot more comfortable and welcoming! Also night shift guy was good. Would recommend for a quick get away if for the price.

Low-budget hotel, but highly recommended!! Very friendly welcome. The room was extremely clean. A fan was provided, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. Breakfast was personally served by a very friendly lady. Not an extensive breakfast buffet, but sufficient and fresh!! Spacious, free, enclosed parking. Secure, enclosed bike storage. We stayed for 3 days and will definitely be back.

Please note that I ended up staying in a panoramic studio apartment, not a mixed 4-person dorm. I was a bit apprehensive as I've never stayed in a mixed dorm before. After a quick look at the room, I didn't feel very comfortable, so I asked the front desk to upgrade me to a private room, which they kindly did. The location is indeed inconvenient; getting to the city center is fine, and the station is close to the hotel, but the bus stop for leaving the city is quite far, about a 10-minute walk.

Overall the stay was good. Only issue was that there was no air conditioning. The room was warm. It's a good location with good connectivity.

Close to the bus stop, a supermarket right next door, and great natural light! The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave the room.

The room smelled like unwashed clothes — a damp, unpleasant odor. At check‑in we were supposed to spin the "Wheel of Fortune" for extra freebies, but we weren't given the opportunity. We assumed the staff member was just busy. Breakfast was a disaster. At check‑in we weren't asked what time we wanted breakfast. During breakfast, the woman in the kitchen appeared annoyed and initially told us we didn't have breakfast. After we showed our booking, she calmed down and discussed the matter with her colleague, but then said she had to prepare scraps. We did not have croissants because she needed to bake them; we were offered coffee, eggs and some fruit instead. she did her best eventually but already rubbed us the wrong way to begin with. it wasn't her fault but the way she handled the situation was just not acceptable.

Reception is very helpful. Bus stop and Albert Hein are nearby. The room is big with fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. It was a good place to stay. Thank you, Teleport and CTrip.
