The Collector

Lovely little hotel, really amazing interior, friendly stuff, located in the middle of the city

Great design, classic style, and an excellent location in the heart of The Hague. The hotel is conveniently close to several tram stops, making it easy to get around the city. That said, the housekeeping could be improved. I'm not particularly picky, nor was I inspecting corners looking for flaws, but as soon as I entered the room I noticed a large white stain on the chair—what looked like a souvenir from a previous guest. It was quite obvious and, in my opinion, something that should be easy to remove with basic cleaning supplies. The hair dryer also looked rather worn and overdue for replacement. These are small details, but they are the kind of things that guests notice immediately and could easily be addressed with a bit more attention from the cleaning staff. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room at a very pleasant temperature. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning in the future, especially if the housekeeping standards are improved.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Really liked the courtyard entrance and surounding shops, bars etc. We were warmly welcomed by Lina who checked us quickly and effeciently. we were slightly delayed in getting access to our room but this was due to the rom needing to be signed off by a manger as ready. This was an indicatoin of the level of service we received throught our stay. The room was exactly what we expected form the images on the website. Quirky and well decorated. clean and very tidy. one minor negative was that three of the 4 USB ports in teh wall appeared to be broken. Not a great issue as we had our own multi-charger Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold options. On our departure we were presented with a goodie bag which contained some sweets, snacks and drink for our onward journey. Lovely touch. We had almost a full day to send in Den Haag and were allowed to leave our bags in a cupboard within the reception area. On our return after a day at the beach we were offered the opportuntiy to have a shpwer and freshen up befoer we left for the airport. This was a very nice end to our stay and reflected the great service through our stay. A special mention to Lina who was there during our arrival and depature and provide an exceptoin level of customer service. If we find oursleve back in Den Haag we will definately be staying at the Collector.

Possibly one of most amazing properties in Europe that I have ever stayed in!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting The Hague. It’s perfectly located right in the heart of the city.

Amazing rooms, incredible hotel and a great location. What more can you ask for? Well, you do get a gift bag when you leave, the rooms are like interesting and funny art experiences themselves, while also being well functioning hotel rooms. Highly recommended!

Beautifully decorated, art deco / Timothy Oulton decor. Location could not be better. The number of times I told the staff the service exceeded my expectations.... 5 or 6.

Staff are super polite and helpful. The interior design of the room is really gorgeous, and the bed is so comfy! The location is super convenient too, surrounded by shopping malls and many restaurants. There's a cinema nearby too~ Super recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had a slightly small room but the amenities and the room itself is clean. Location is superb in the heart of the city center. Staff were kind and friendly.
