The hotel's comfort and aesthetics exceeded my expectations. There are tram and bus stops right outside, and a delicious ice cream shop next door. The bed in the room was a bit soft, but the duvet was thick and cozy. In my particular room, the bathroom mirror faced the bed, and there was also a mirror on the bathroom door, so no matter what, there was always a mirror facing the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. Check-in at the front desk was a bit slow when busy. However, the hotel offers bike rentals, which is perfect for cycling around The Hague. The breakfast area was beautifully decorated, like a botanical garden, and very pleasant. Made-to-order items like omelets took a little while to arrive, but the rest of the breakfast was standard fare. Still, dining in such an environment was very enjoyable.

The hotel has a bit of history. The room cleaning and facility maintenance are pretty standard. Breakfast was so-so. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and had a great attitude. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to attractions and shopping streets. Overall, it's a good hotel. I really enjoyed taking walks near the hotel when it was sunny, it was very pleasant. Just wish it wasn't windy, the wind in the Netherlands is really something, haha!

Overall, it's pretty good. There are no outstanding flaws to speak of. It's about a 20-minute walk to Chinatown, and right behind the hotel is a commercial street. The Line 1 subway station, which goes to the train station, is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. The room provided was quiet, but half of the view from the window was a rooftop.

Excellent location, about 900 meters from The Hague Central Station. We took the tram line 15 since we had luggage. The hotel's decor and design are very refined, and the breakfast was also great. The front desk staff were very responsive.

Extremely satisfied with this travel experience. The hotel's location in the old town is fantastic; all the attractions in The Hague's old town are within walking distance. The hotel also has a basic gym with sufficient equipment. As an IHG member, I showed my membership details at check-in and was able to get a late checkout until 2 PM.

The hotel's location is superb; you can walk to the art museum, Parliament House, the Queen's Palace, the Old City Gate, and the central train station, among other places. The hotel is very new with a beautiful atrium. It would be even better if the rooms were a bit larger and the breakfast selection was more extensive.

The hotel building is incredibly historic. The facilities are great, and the breakfast offers a fantastic and diverse spread. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and proactive – they even offered us a kettle to boil water. As an IHG member, we also got a two-hour late check-out. A thoroughly satisfying stay!
